Mother Daughter Beach Trip

Awesome place!

This was a gem for a family in St. Simons! We were able to bike to all the restaurants as well as the lighthouse using the bikes on site. It was an easy drive to the beach and other places as well. Very clean and cozy- I definitely didn’t want to leave 😊

The townhouse was easy to get to and St. Simon Island is a beautiful place! The beach theme inside was super cute. The kids loved the built in bunk beds!

A great vacation!

This was our first stay at Saint Simons Island. We loved it. The condo was close to the beach and many good restaurants. As previous reviews mention there are several windows that really let in the light...it did not hamper our stay though. We plan to return next summer.

It was a perfect getaway for us!

We were extremely close to everything that we loved to do. Early morning stroll on the beach, riding bikes through the neighborhood in the afternoon, easy bike rides to get ice cream or get something to eat (morning or afternoon). It was nice not having to rent bikes, they were provided for us. The townhouse was extremely clean, quiet and a perfect get away for us. Hope use it again in the future.

Family of 5 spring break trip

We stayed at this property for our spring break and had a great time! This location is close to everything. The kitchen and living room are on the ground floor with glass French doors that open to the back patio yard area where we used the charcoal grill and had several meals outside. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with louvred doors. The closet in the kitchen had some extra beach supplies. We had a wonderful time!

Our first trip to the Golden Isles

The location of the townhome gave us easy access to the great beach and cute shopping area. Also, the two grocery stores were very convenient. As far as your unit, I think you need to update the master bedroom with a new mattress and some much better pillows. Also, it would be helpful to have window coverings on the side panel next to the front door, the doors in the great room along with the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. That worked out well for us.

Almost There...

This condo is excellent and in a fantastic location, but still young and missing a few things. There is a privacy issue due to a lack of curtains and the bedroom doors are louvered and not solid. Without blackout curtains in the bedroom windows, you can expect to wake up early with the sun. We happened to be there during a full moon which was shining bright through the master bedroom window and almost daylight in the bedroom. The entire condo was spotless and the checkout instructions very simple which is nice considering what some units are now requiring you to do. The kitchen is well stocked but could use a knife sharpener. Overall, for the price of this unit, it is an excellent bargain considering the location being central to everything around St. Simons Island. We stayed during Christmas week which is off season so the crowds were extremely small. I can't imagine what this place is like in the summer because it's beautiful, has plenty of things to do and is still very reasonably priced.

A gem in St Simon’s

We really enjoyed our week there. The location was great, less than 5 minute drive to beach and close to Pier Village. There was a nice shaded pool in the afternoon.
