The first bedroom has a queen size bed with its own full bath., The second bedroom two full size beds, and full bath making this condo comfortable for six. Just steps away a beautiful pool for all day relaxation.

The water had a very strong sulfur smell. We had to run the water for a while for the smell to get better. The condo was clean and decorated very nice. The plumbing needs to be upgraded. The shower is the master bathroom did not work properly the water barely came out of the shower head. The other shower did work in the other bedroom. Never used the washer. We had to unplug it because it would just start running all on it's own. ??? We really enjoyed St Simon Island. Very nice people, and we enjoyed Jekyll Island too.

Fun area and condo was good but not great

Location was as advertised and we really enjoyed the gym on location. The condo needs updating and new carpet on the stairs to the second level. Overall, we enjoyed the space and the beds were comfortable. Good value for the price we paid.

Overall amazing experience

Owners were super easy to contact and listing was as straightforward as they get. Easy access to everywhere we needed to go, as well as being in a quiet and private location. Would definitely come back!

Cute and Cozy

We were very convenient to everything we wanted to see and enjoy in SSI. The master bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all things necessary to cook if necessary. However, we did not need to cook on this particular trip as we were with a group of 40 other guest who were at Epworth. The owners were very easy to work with and quickly answered any questions e had before during our trip. If we’re going to this area again I would come back again to Island Square 113.

Perfect Location

Stayed for a quick 4 days but was very happy with the vacation. Arrived late and the host was very quick in responding when I called. Definitely a beautiful location and an amazing condo. Highly recommend.

Mini vacation

My husband and i went on a mini vacation with our friends. We stayed in the lovely condo. We were able to walk to get food and shop. The condo was cute and very clean. I recommend you to stay at this wonderful place.

Mom and daughter trip

Property is in a very nice location and close to everything. I only gave a good rating on cleanliness due to some items in the kitchen that were not very well cleaned aftertake a few things if your going to cook you may want to bring a few thing's. Otherwise the property is well decorated and the owners are very responsive to any concerns. We wpuld stay here again.

Island condo

The condo is decorated very nicely. 2 bedrooms spacious with their own bathrooms. The double beds are tight for larger people but were comfy. The kitchen is small but has everything you might need. However the microwave did not work. Overall we had a nice stay.

Great getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was in a great area and was convenient to restaurants and groceries. The bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed playing the Pac-Man games. The listing had several inaccuracies, which weren’t noted until after booking: there were no beach towels and there was no cable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again.

Great option to stay while in St Simons

Private condo located in center of St Simons and near all shops and amenities, with condo pool and fitness access. East Beach is close and very nice to experience. Great experience and hosts. My only wish is for supplies to be updated, such as cooking ware (new pans for example, a cast iron griddle) and maybe more toilet paper. I recommend bringing bottled water while staying in St Simons.

Family Wedding Weekend

We were in town for a family wedding. The location & check in process were great! We so enjoyed our stay. We wished we had packed bathroom essentials (soap, shampoo, etc.). There was none. We used my shampoo for soap! Coffeemaker required coffee grounds…. I packed K-cups. It was a wonderful weekend & overall we enjoyed our stay. 😊

Fall break

Our first time at St. Simon’s. We prefer being on the beach, but the drive to the beach was short (a little under 2 miles). The condo itself was roomy, beds were comfortable. I loved the pool after a day at the beach, very clean and refreshing! Write-up was misleading about having everything you need for a day at the beach. Condo provided no beach chairs, towels, or beach cart/wagon. We were given a wifi password, but had to use our own cable provider to watch tv, use our own apps and logins to watch Netflix, etc.

Pickleball Tournament Stay

Three friends and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. We were here to play in a pickleball tournament and the location was excellent. We could get to everything we needed in minimal time! Accommodations were fine - the only negative is that the carpet (especially on stairway) could have been cleaner. Bathroom electrical outlet was not working but I was able to use one just outside in bedroom and it worked out ok. Other than that everything was fine. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice getaway.

Close to everything

Stayed for a week with family and dog. Charming little townhouse in well maintained community with awesome pool. Close to shopping, attractions and beach. Communication with host was prompt. We loved the area and our stay, but the condo is in need of some repair/upgrades. The microwave was broken, cookware was very old. The water in the kitchen sink kept turning on by itself. The sliding door to the terrace wasn’t locking. There was no vacuum cleaner. We received a dust pan and little broom from the maintenance service.

Christmas stay

We stayed to visit family living on SSI. Nice, clean and great for a family of 4. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, great location. If you plan to cook you'll want to bring a few of your own items as the pans are beat up and the can opener is broken. We just borrowed one from our family. Also, the master bathroom had a broken towel rod and TP holder probably due to people who stayed and didn't respect the property (which I can't stand). My handy man husband tried to fix them but couldn't. Overall, space was well decorated, comfortable and in a great location. The price was very reasonable and the owners were available if needed and responded quickly. This is perfect for a short stay with little cooking. We enjoyed our stay and getting to have Christmas with family nearby. Thank you!
