This townhome has it all. Located in the Pier Village and across the street from the beach, community pool and Putt-Putt.
This two-story townhome is comfortable and cozy home away from home provides a light and airy feel, while maintaining privacy as it is situated with a private courtyard access for entry. Only a few steps to the beach.
The primary bedroom located on the second floor offers a King Bed.
For guests, the second bedroom located on the entry level offers 1 Queen Bed. As well as 1 twin bed tucked away in a the entry way.
This property also has great outdoor space with an entry courtyard.
Garage is available for 1 vehicle, but houses a golf cart that is not available for guest usage.

This property is within walking distance of the pier, and many restaurants. It was perfectly located for our expectations. The property was clean, although some of the furniture was well used.We enjoyed our time there and would rent this property again when we return to St. Simons.
