THE SPACE This 2nd floor condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation: a charming one bedroom with King bed, one bath with a bonus fold out twin in the loving room - a fully furnished condo that features a large bedroom, kitchen, and living area, with private porch and balcony, wifi and cable provided with flat screen TVs in both living and bedroom. This particular unit even has a view of the St. Simons lighthouse from the patio! Extra kitchen storage is helpful for longer stays.
400 Ocean Suites is a great choice for modern accommodation right in the heart of the St. Simons Island pier village. The building features an outdoor swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of the Pier Village, guests of 400 Ocean Suites will enjoy being part of St. Simons' downtown living. Fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, as well as the St. Simons fishing pier, Neptune Park, and historic Lighthouse. Photos are representative of the unit - all units are furnished and decorated the same.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
