The dining area seats four at the table with additional seating for two at the kitchen counter.

    The master bedroom includes a queen bed and a beautifully remodeled en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus a 40-inch TV for relaxed evenings. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and is served by a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

    Located in the desirable Ocean Walk complex, the condo is just a half mile from the St. Simons Pier and Village area and three-quarters of a mile from the beach. Residents enjoy access to two swimming pools, one of which is heated during the winter months, along with a tennis and pickleball court and a stocked lake perfect for catch-and-release fishing.
