Air-conditioned detached house 60m2 with garden

  • We welcome you with great pleasure in a modern and unusual house in the heart of a green setting. Lovers of space and freedom, this moft (contraction of house and loft!) will seduce you! Let yourself be charmed by the originality of the place and its comfort (air conditioning, covered terrace, comfortable high-end bedding, linens and sheets provided ...).

    A 5-minute walk from the village center and the square where a farmer's market is held every day from June 1 to September 30, authentic and rare as there are few in Provence!

    Our village is located between Avignon and Aix en Provence, between Alpilles and Lubéron, near the Durance and less than an hour from the Mediterranean. We will make you enjoy our favorite little corners: share an evening by the fireside in the bed of the Durance, savor an artisanal ice cream in front of a breathtaking landscape, browse the meanders of Colorado Colorado and the theaters of the Avignon Festival (July)

    From October to April: 2 nights minimum (10% reduction beyond 7 nights and 25% reduction beyond 28 nights)
    From May to September: 7 nights minimum from Saturday to Saturday

Zeer complete loft met strategische ligging

Een hele schone loft die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Met echt een zeer complete inventaris. Het dorp Sénas ligt perfect als uitvalsbasis voor tochtjes in de omgeving. In het westen Les Alpilles met bijv het mooie St. Remy de Provence en Les Baux de Provence. Avignon op 30 km noordelijk is een schitterende stad. Oostelijk de dorpen van de Luberon en eventjes zuidelijk de Middellandse Zee. Allemaal op korte afstand. Het dorp Sénas zelf is niet echt een pitoresk dorp, maar alles is er te krijgen. Goede bakker op loopafstand. Alles prima dus. De enige aanmerking is dat, als je een wat breder bed gewend bent, het bed van 1,40 m voor ons nogal aan de krappe kant was.

Je recommande fortement cette location,les photos du site donnent deja la couleur,mais en arrivant sur place,c'est encore mieux.Nous avons passe un agréable séjour dans cette maison,d'une part avec l attention,et la gentillesse du propriétaire,d'autre part concernant la location en elle meme.Cette maison est originale par son interieure,mais aussi par sa decoration,tout est cohérent.On se sent bien des le passage du pas de porte.Cette location est bien equipee,l'interieur et l'exterieur sont propre et bien entretenu.Nous n'avons trouve aucun point négatif,je recommande cette tres belle location.

Un lieu lumineux, agréable et original, la clim en plus! Tout confort, nous n'avons manqué de rien, la bouteille de rosé fraîche et la confiture maison en cadeau de bienvenue! Très bien situé, proche de tout ce qui est à visiter : Saint Rémy de Provence, les Baux de Provence et les carrières de lumière, Avignon, Arles, Marseille et ses calanques, les ocres du Luberon... Merci aussi à Michel, soucieux et attentif à nos moindre besoins au point de nous prêter sa voiture quand la notre nous a lâché ! Nous avons passé de belles vacances.

Petite maison à l'image de l'annonce, très agréable, originale et parfaitement bien équipée, dans un endroit calme et indépendant. Les propriétaires sont charmants, accueillants et attentifs au moindre besoin tout en étant discrets.
