I think a stay here is a good value. But you should understand what "value" means. The location is great, within walking distance of most of downtown St. Pete, restaurants, bars, shops, museums, etc. That, plus a continental breakfast, free off-street parking and a free drink for happy hour along with a relatively low price, drive the value. Just be aware as (at least our) room was small and dated with badly beat up baseboards, worn furniture, a camper-sized TV, and in need of a coat of paint. The West side is next to a busy street that you will hear. The window unit AC will cycle on/off continuously and this is a spring bed mattress. Just depends on your priorities.

The Inn was everything it was advertised as and more. We’ve never stayed in an Air B&B and the Inn was probably the closest to one we ever stayed at. We enjoyed our stay immensely because of the owners and staff. Room was clean and functional. The thing that will have us returning again was the personal and fun connection to owners and other guests. Breakfast was good but also like visiting with new friends. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try.

Quaint and comfortable inn. The owners are warm and friendly and could not be more accommodating. The breakfast is simple but the atmosphere begs you to talk with other travelers over your morning coffee. The location puts you within walking distance to a great choice of attractions and restaurants downtown while offering free off street parking for their guests.

This is a secret gem of a place for me: affordable; clean; free parking; close enough to the "pulse" of St. Petersburg nightlife. I discovered this place when I was trying to reserve a room for a business trip; now I will be sure to check with this hotel whenever I want to stay in St. Pete for vacation.
