"Long line and no staff at front desk upon arrival. Elevators were broken majority of time and are very old, decrepit and honestly kinda scary. Room was on 5th floor, literally right across hall from elevator. Heard elevator dinging and loud voices of guests at all hours. No water pressure (shower/sink). ..."
