The Palms of Treasure Island Resort offers a perfect location, fabulous views, a waterfront swimming pool and hot tub, plenty of parking and just steps across from the best section of sand on the Island. Situated in the heart of Treasure Island, you are in easy walking distance of great restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores, shopping, activities, and just moments from Johns Pass Village on the Beach Trolley.

When you need a break from the award-winning beaches and the warm, soft Gulf of Mexico waters, you can enjoy the privacy of your spacious balcony or lounge around the quiet waterfront pool area. The balcony is a perfect location for an evening cocktail or meal.

Short beach trip

Overall the stay was nice and enjoyable. The location was very convenient and the complex was a peaceful environment. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants in the area. My only complaint is that the floors and bed linens within in the condo did not appear to all be properly cleaned before our stay.

Beach getaway

Easy to schedule online. Very informative and quick to relay information out. Property was easy to get to and easy parking and access to the beach. Perfect spot. Place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Only thing dryer was a little noisy. Felt bad running it at night didn’t want to disturb neighbors.

despite us arriving 3 days after a hurricane, the condo and property were clean, in good repair and even the pool was good to go. we will definitely book this property again

Florida Get Away

Roomy two bedroom apartment that’s perfect for a small family or couple. All the amenities you need to enjoy a Florida get away. Location is fantastic - right across the street from the ocean and next door to the Publix grocery store. Beats a hotel stay by a mile!

The unit was clean and had all accommodations we needed. We were especially surprised at having fishing poles for the fishing pier out back as well as beach chairs,toys, and cooler. Our next staycation will definitely be here again thank you.

Fun beach vaca

The beach was a short 5 min walk from the condo. The condo was just as the pictures, very clean. We loved the location with the Publix right next door and also the beach on 1 side and the bay on the other side. Parking was perfect and close to the door. Washer and dryer were an older unit, but still worked. My only critique would be to have cleaning supplies stocked so people that are traveling via plane does not need to buy extras and not take it home. Overall a great vacation.

Great location and property

The property is quite spacious and had everything we needed. The listing did warn that there would be some noise during the day due to stucco work. That started about 8:30am and ended by 5pm. We didn’t mind it at all because we spent the majority of the day at the beach and there was no construction noise on the weekend. Property managers were communicative and had great restaurant suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall great place

The property was nice. Some of the units had view if the water, ours did not (not a huge deal). The unit was clean, well stocked and we had a great time. The ONLY negative was that there were several people smoking pot on the surrounding balconies and it wasnt enjoyable to sit on ours as the wind was blowing it at us. But we dont consider that a fault with the property. If we hadnt had our 1 year old grandson put there it wouldnt have mattered as much. We would stay here again.

This is our eighth annual vacation to the area, family of four. This is our first time not having a direct gulf front rental as I reserved relatively late. While we missed the breeze and views, this place has some definite advantages. Kitchen was well appointed and the unit was clean. Great powerful shower. No musty smells like some of the older places have. The hot tub and pool were toasty how I like it. Publix is literally next door. My kids enjoyed fishing right off the dock in back, caught several kid size fish! Huge wide beach very short walk away. I would stay here again.

Nice stay, comfortable unit.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would return. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in showers, air conditioning worked great. The outdoor hot tub was hot and the pool was very nice. Publix next door was handy. Quick drive to restaurants and John's Pass plus beach access across the street. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking supplies. Disappointed that there wasn't better toilet paper (1 ply and only two provided, 1 for each bathroom), bath soap was a tiny facial bar that isn't suitable for a shower, no kleenex. Only two single serving bags of regular coffee, no laundry detergent. When investing in this unit we expected more quality and better supplies for our money!

Great location!

We loved the location of the place. Next door to Publix and across the street from the beach. Beach access was perfect. We came knowing there would be building construction, but thought we could use the hot tub - it was disappointing that it was closed. Would have preferred a few more items in the condo. Specifically another set of dish towels, some coffee filters and garbage bags. I read that "starter kits" were provided. Since we only stayed a 6 days, would have liked not to have to buy garbage bags, paper napkins, coffee filters, etc. But overall, the place was great. Also loved how beach chairs, umbrella, toys, etc were in the bucket for our use (we did use the chairs).

Location can’t be beat!

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 7-9) fit this condo perfectly! Ample parking although we were there during lower season (last 2 weeks of August). Older building, lower lobby beautifully finished. Floor levels could use a makeover but the condo itself was renovated gorgeously! Was exactly as described, had all the necessities (toilet paper, roll of paper towel, dishwasher and laundry tabs (2 each), coffee maker. Tons of cookware to choose from. Only complaint was the washer dryer set. Older unit, took a long time to dry and having 3 small kids and beach = lots of laundry! Location was amazing. Quick 10 minute walk from condo door to water. Also came equipped with beach items (umbrella, sand toys, chairs, inflatables etc) Communication was great with host. Great vacation. Would definitely recommend!

A little dissapointed.

This was not a horrible stay...but it is a bit overstated. I don't think the codo was cleaned properly after the previous vacationers left. There were clumps of hair in my shower...not mine....previous vacationers. We removed our shoes at the door and then realized that walking barefoot on the floor in the entire condo left our feet BLACK....the picture advertised of the nice terrace is way off. Everything on the terrace was COVERED with dirt and road grime. The unit is located on a main street so I believe it was road grime. Honestly, someone from the "vrbo" property management team should have checked on how the place looked before we checked in....and because of horrible traffic we checked in hours late, so they definately had time. It was a nice enough condo, Beds were comortable, location was great pool area was nice (too cold to use it) and the building was quiet. Having Publix next door is a benefit. The only other annoying thing was having to remember a different code for so many things. One to enter the front of lobby, one to enter the garage side of lobby, one for the condo door, one for the pool door....if only the condo had been a bit cleaner....I would have given better review.

Awesome location close to beach, stores and restaurants. We liked Ricky T's eating on the patio and the coal fired pizza place we got delivered. Pool and hot tub were nice and warm. Great view by the pool of the intercostal. Did some fishing off the dock and caught quite a variety!
