Read on for our detailed description of the property:
This Mediterranean-style townhome truly offers the best of the beach and the bay. The property is waterfront with absolutely stunning wide, water views. Your backyard is the expansive Boca Ciega Bay and just a block away, in less than three minutes, you can walk to the beach with the beautiful white sands that Redington Shores is famous for. With miles of sprawling beach and away from the large-chain hotels, you and your family will have plenty of room to enjoy the Gulf shore. When you are ready to change the pace, enjoy water sports on the bay or just sit back and enjoy the view. The bay is home to Florida's signature water birds and is frequently visited by dolphins. This particular combination of bay-front and beach access is unique to this location and cannot be found anywhere else in this area.
With more privacy than a condo complex, we welcome you to stay with us in comfort . We are continuously updating this townhouse. Our most recent updates include new living room and master bedroom furniture.
On the third floor, the master bedroom is bay-facing with stunning views and its own private balcony. The master bath has a double vanity with granite countertops. There is a separate walk-in shower and a deep soaking-tub. Storage space is ample with a walk-in closet. Extra privacy is afforded by the landing which separates the master from the other two bedrooms. The washer and dryer are accessible from the landing for ideal convenience. The second bathroom is again finished with granite counter-tops and has a combination shower-bath. The second and third bedrooms face west with a partial ocean view.
The heart of the townhouse is the open layout of the second floor with beautiful bay views from the living room that opens onto the water-front balcony. The space is roomy for families and groups of friends. Guests stay connected with cable and Wifi available throughout the townhome. The formal dining space is complimented by a fully-appointed kitchen where entertaining is made easy with a spacious functional layout, granite countertops, and dark hardwood cabinets. Next to the kitchen is a flexible space that can be used for breakfast or additional sleeping space for larger families or groups. There is a bathroom at the end of the kitchen with a shower-bath combination. Flooring is tile throughout the townhouse.
The ground floor features a bonus room and a 2-car garage. Sliding glass doors from the bonus room open up onto the back patio with a gas grill. The large bay is perfect for relaxing, fishing and water-sports.
There are several options for food and drinks within walking distance and some great fine dining within a short drive. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is a short drive and has something for everyone with restaurants, entertainment, and beach-themed shops. One place that you don't want to miss is practically next door. Wahoo's may not look like much from the outside, but for an authentic fresh-off-the-boat grouper sandwich, this casual local bar is the place to go. We expect Wahoo's to re-open in Spring/Summer 2025!
Thank you for your interest in this "best of the beach and the bay" townhouse. We know you will love it here because we love it too.

With the bay out the back door and the gulf just across the street, the house is in a great location. The house provided everything we needed for a very relaxing spring break with family. The area is laid back compared to St. Pete & Clearwater, which is exactly what we wanted.
Gorgeous place with beautiful view so close to beach! Mattresses comfortable. Owner very responsive. Clean! Loved eating at Crabby Bills, Coco Wood Grille across the street, Coconut Charlie’s on the ocean, Bubba Gumps, Sea Dog Brewing Company, Sweet Sage Cafe, and Kenny’s.

Great place!
We had a great weekend there. The location is perfect, the townhouse is very spacious and comfortable. Great local restaurants at walking distance. The beach is about 2-3 minutes away. We couldn’t enjoy it fully, because of the tropical storm that came during our stay. But, hopefully soon we’ll rebook again.
We had a great time, and the townhouse is really large! We are seven, and we are delighted to have toys to keep the two kids occupied. You can walk to the beach in two minutes. Previous reviews said they didn't have plates or anything, but EVERYTHING is there; all you need to do is enjoy and live at the moment. I would definitely recommend it!
Hard time getting key code BUT host was great to work with us. Never could get wifi to work. Fantastic location and fabulous view of bay. Would be nice to have more instructions posted. A binder of local attractions and food establishments would be nice.
Location is great, layout and roominess good too. But the same repairs that were needed when we stayed a year ago are still undone. Kitchen cabinets broken, shower door broken, curtains falling down, furniture and pillows dirty, old and worn out, porch furniture old and worn out. Very little cookware. All of these issues are unchanged from over a year ago. It’s time to put back some of the profit into the place.
Sadly, we’ll never find out because we won’t be back.

Beautiful view!
It was not very clean. It was not very updates. Broken cabinets. Running toilet, toilet that rocked when sat on and the third one has hardly any water pressure. Very little hot water. Could not take 2 showers back to back with hot water. No blankets. Unfortunately it was very chilly during our stay and all there was and very little sheets. And a bedspread that smelled horrible. Pillows also looked like they were 20 years old with nasty stains and smelled horrible. The steps were so steep and so many. Our mother could barely get up. Thank god for the bed stuck in the corner of the kitchen otherwise she would have had to stay on the couch. It should have been mentioned that there were three flights of very steep and long steps. The view however was amazing. The location was great !! Right across the street from beach.
My family and I had fun during our stay. Overall the location was fine. A few things to consider addressing: Kitchen utensils need to be replaced. Our family cooked several meals during our stay and the utensils and pots and pans were less than adequate. The second-floor bathtub did not operate correctly. The shower and tub faucet are both activated when trying to take a shower. The second-floor toilet handle was broken and required continual adjustment to work. While the sunrise view is spectacular, it would be nice to have a shade on the windows to draw to reduce temperature and glare. Though not advertised in the listing, the easily accessible dock is in disrepair and should be remodeled. It is unsafe. For a listing that allows 10 occupants, only 6 washcloths and towels were provided. There should be a minimum of 10 at least. I would think 20 of each to be reasonable. There were no cleaning supplies accessible for miscellaneous spill cleanup (e.g., sand) we had to purchase a broom to clean. These are all minor issues that could enhance the stay, otherwise my family and I had a great time.
Amazing, we seen manatees in the bay right out the door as soon as we got there!Plenty of room for a family of 10!Right across the street from the ocean - like 5 minute walk!
We loved the townhouse and location! Saw dolphins and manatees in the bay and had a blast with the birds that kept us company all week. The townhome was very clean and provided all the amenities that we needed.
very clean, well stocked kitchen, shower jacuzzi tub in master were great with hot water and pressure, middle upstairs bath had low pressure and lukewarm water, downstairs bath was fine. Harry at fish market next door was great and helpful with fresh fish and shrimp. Sweet Things Cafe south on Gulf Blvd has a fabulous breakfast menu PJ's, up north in Indian Rocks Beach has our favorite grouper sandwich. Dolphin watching off the balconies on the bay was the best. As well as sunsets on the gulf. Great place, nice hosts, wonderful week!
This was our 2nd time staying in these towns houses. We love that they are a short walk across the street to the beach, but on the inlet. We could fish from the dock and watch the dolphins swimming everyday.

Nice beach town home
Great, easy access to the beach and local restaurants. New, clean and well-furnished - balconies on both bay and beach side and in all bedrooms adds a very nice touch. Only complaint is that master bed is very noisy/creaky, mattress is sunken in middle - rough nights for two light sleepers. Note that Reddington Beach is NOT pet friendly.

Beautiful Area
This is the second time we have stayed in Redington. It is a beautiful, commercial free area. The beach is just across the street and down the road a few feet. Never a big crowd on the beach. The property is in a perfect location with the bay in the back, we saw dolphins all week. However, the property is not the cleanest and needs some major updates inside. The parking is very tight with only 2 cars in the garage. I tried to contact the manager on 2 different occasions with no response.

Love the Florida gulf coast! My family has vacationed from 30-A down to Anna Maria. Love the area!
I'm giving three stars due to the condition of the condo upon arrival. As stated, we vacation on the gulf every year and have stayed in many rentals, I've always been pleased. When we arrived here, the unit was not clean. The area rug in the front room had clearly not been vacuumed, there was dust and hair up the stairs. Curtains were torn, walls were dirty, furniture damaged. Half eaten crackers in the garage, a partially deflated balloon left in a bedroom ( not a big deal but if the unit had been cleaned, this should have been seen). I did contact the property management and was told due to it being the end of the season, that's when they deal with issues with furniture and such. Understandable, the lack of cleanliness was not. We were offered a refund but had just arrived after a 15 hour drive and was not guaranteed finding another property, so we asked that the cleaning crew come back out to clean. They could not come out until Monday ( we arrived on Saturday) so I spent our first night cleaning, washing bedding and towels etc. I could not vacuum as there is no vacuum in the unit. Cleaning crew came back on Monday and vacuumed and cleaned. Once that was done, our stay was very enjoyable. The unit is spacious and we enjoyed being on the bay water and so close to the beach as well. My advice to the property owner would be to update the furniture, we did put blankets out on the sofas because they looked very worn and not very clean. overall, we had a great vacation but we didn't spend much time in the condo.
Overall a nice property but does have some short comings, all locks in the house don't work, Kitchen has very little essentals for cooking, shower certain in one of the bathrooms is terrible and lets through water all the way to outside the bathroom, Also very dirty at check in had to clean on our own. overall a nice property but needs work inside.
This was a very nice property but it would be helpful if you had an adult size broom, a vacuum cleaner, and a mop to help stay ahead of the sand and dirt that gets generated from beach trips. Possibly more fans upstairs or lower the thermostat setting at night, the bedrooms were very warm. Other than that it was a very good vacation home.
Great location, inaccurate listing info, unable to get ahold of property manager
We stayed at this property for 5 night. It is a beautiful location. and short walk to beach. The house was poorly maintained and dirty. Walls had smudge marks all over them, linens had blood/body fluids on them that had not been washed prior to our stay. The grill was unable to be used bc there was no gas and i tried to contact the emergency number multiple times and left messages with no response. We paid 130$ for cots and linens but the linens were not at the house and the cots also were covered in body fluids/blood and again the property owner was unable to be contacted. We ended up driving to walmart and purchasing new blow up mattresses so we did t have to sleep in filth. Would not recommend this place unless they made serious changes and were available for contact.
