Come get lost in a whole new world! Walking steps to the beach, this 2/2 condo comes fully prepared to welcome you to Be our Guest at our family getaway as a sanctuary to recharge, relax, and rejuvenate! This second floor, corner unit provides accommodations for four adults (and kids!), ready for a beach getaway. First, most importantly, the beds are comfortable for adults of medium firmness so you'll be getting a good nights sleep leaving you ready to take on your days adventure. We have a play pen available for tiny tots that may visit, along with beach toys - you just bring the sunblock. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas provided as well. After your short walk to the beach and a day of play, come home, shower, and relax in the iceberg cold AC, and catch up on your favorite show utilizing our smart TV's or apple tv. We've thought of everything to make your stay as easy as possible, and have collated a variety of restaurant menus to make dinner a cinch. Don't want to go out? Use our fully functional kitchen; the grocery store is a short mile away, and you can stock up for your stay. With local shops just steps away, and greater big box retailers closeby, along with other activities such as mini golf, this beach getaway is ready to welcome you and your family!

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Two lovely weeks on St. Pete Beach

We had a wonderful two weeks within a brief walk to gorgeous Upham Beach (North SP Beach). The 2/2 unit is spacious and well maintained. The owners responded quickly and efficiently to a problem with the a/c -- not uncommon in a Florida summer -- and was quickly resolved. We look forward to staying here again!

Excellent time

Everything was awesome. Communication between owners was easy and efficient. Neighbors were friendly. Even had one offer to carry our stuff down to the car when we were checking out! I will definitely look into staying again!

Spectacular

We were very pleased with this rental. It's in a great location and we could easily walk to restaurants, bars and ice cream shops! The beach is a 5 minute walk away, and we quickly became quite the beach bums, visiting it every day. The unit was comfortable, clean and had all the necessities. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. All in all, fantastic.

The best!

Property was as described. Only better! It is light and airy, two bedrooms and 2 baths as well. More room than we have ever had. Owners were responsive to our few issues and were easily accomplished. They are a young couple, eager to please. I inquired about a coffee maker (they did have a Keurig), next thing I knew and the owner (Mark) was there with a new coffee pot and Starbucks coffee as well. Kitchen is well supplied with just about everything you would need for your stay. There is a TV in the living room as well as in the master bedroom. Other renters in the complex were very friendly, and we would have loved to return, unfortunately, it had already been rented for 2023. I might add a slight problem we had as senior citizens. How to access the property. We were unfamiliar with the touch system, a helpful neighbor was able to show us how it worked. Very simple and worked like a charm! One is never old enough to learn new tricks! Kudos to our delightful hosts!

A lovely roomy space in a great location.

It's a short walk through a quiet neighborhood to a big, beautiful beach park with volleyball courts, away from the big hotels. A good choice of restaurants in walking distance--caution if crossing Gulf Blvd. Neighbors are friendly but inobtrusive, and the owners were graciously accommodating.
