About this property

WOW! Beautifully Renovated Condo at Barefoot Beach Resort - Unit C203!

  • Beautifully remodeled condo, only a few steps away from the Intercoastal and a few more to a private entrance to Indian Shores Beach! Large, heated community pool and grills on site. Close to area restaurants and bars, several within walking distance. You may also grab a trolley or bus to the larger beaches in the area.

    One bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, which sleeps six comfortably with one queen bed and two sleeper sofas (Queen and full).

    I am sorry, but no pets are allowed on the property.

    NOTICE... Please be advised that the complex sustained damage from the hurricane, in September, 2024.

    Although my unit is perfect, and the pool, the grounds, and the beach have been fully restored, all of the first-floor units throughout the entire complex have been gutted and are in the process of being renovated.

    At this time, we do not have a definitive timeline for when construction will start as the permits have been delayed. Please reach out with any questions. Thank you.
