There is a beautiful yard/patio that is private and yours to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Come and go freely from your private driveway, private gate & private entrance.

The space is a triplex and has its own entrance and is private. The house has adjoining walls. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a complete kitchen with glasses, plates, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, mixer etc. There is also a TV and Netflix are available.

Bedding is new and comfy. There is a new queen bed and we can add an air mattress or a pack and play if requested before your stay. We provide extra sheets and towels and small toiletries to start your stay.
There is plenty of space to move around and the lighting in this home is absolutely stunning. There is a desk if you wish to work while on your trip.

There is a driveway to park your car or you can park on the street as well.

We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance that will pay your expenses if any unexpected cancellation occurs. Please make sure your pets are clean and groomed, if the room smells like pets when you leave there will be a charge for cleaning assessed, this does happen sometimes and we're very fair about this policy. We have a pet restriction on some pets and all pets must be approved. You must let us know how many pets and what breed you are bringing.

We're in a tropical setting with various tropical creatures like lizards, geckoes, and frogs; their presence is beyond our control. Unconfirmed cancellations will result in a strictly NO REFUND.
