Located just steps from Safety Harbor’s Main Street, recently ranked #5 in USA Today’s 2025 Readers’ Choice Awards for the Best small town in America, Villa Key West provides unbeatable walkability. Park your car upon arrival and enjoy the vibrant downtown shops, restaurants, pubs, and cultural venues all within easy walking distance. The villa features two spacious primary bedroom suites, each with private bathrooms. The beautifully decorated bedrooms are located on the main and second floors. Villa Key West comfortably accommodates families. Large smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms keep everyone entertained, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for meal preparation. Step outside to enjoy the peaceful view of a majestic 150-year-old oak tree and a serene pond, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. We welcome pets—please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing one. A $100 pet fee applies. Portable cribs and children’s amenities are available upon request. Beach gear, including chairs, towels, and toys, are provided for your visits to nearby beaches and parks. Christine has anticipated and provided for every need. The villa is extremely well-equipped, especially the kitchen. There are so many thoughtful touches throughout the rental. Communication was speedy and friendly. We loved the neighborhood and the restaurants and shops in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay in safety harbor

Excellent stay, walking distance to the little main st in town and a bunch of restaurants and shops nearby. Christine was terrific to work with and she included a lot of nice little touches. Highly recommend!

Well thought out design, thoughtful amenities, nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. We stayed to attend a concert at Raymond James stadium. Would definitely stay again!

My husband is from Safety Harbor and we love to go back to visit. Christine’s Villas are our favorite place to stay! Comfort, convenience and a wonderful ambiance, you will absolutely love your stay. Key West Vibe in Safety Harbor

Our stay at Villas By Christine - Key West was absolutely incredible!! The Key West vibe and decor were perfect!Anything we needed supply wise, except of course for food/drink, was provided. The location is perfect, only 1-1/2 block walk from Main Street where plenty of bars and restaurants await. The neighborhood location of the villa is very quiet and parking on site is super convenient.Would highly recommend either villa, Key West or Italia, when visiting Safety Harbor!!

Perfect place

The small details made this place perfect. The back yard view at night was breathtaking. Temperature control for both bedrooms was very convenient since one wanted it cool and the other wanted it warmer. Quick walk to Main Street in Safety Harbor was icing on the cake.

Love Key West!

We have just stayed with Christine for a second time and have already booked for the holidays! It is a wonderful house with everything we need for ourselves and our daughter or another couple. It is very well located within walking distance to Main Street in Safety Harbor, with fun shopping and restaurants. Christine and Dave do a great job!

Home Away from Home

This was a comfortable and rewarding anniversary trip! We spent a few nights here and enjoyed every minute. The area was close to Main Street and we did hear music (only while sitting on the front) some times. Overall, the host took great care of us, left toys out, had ample beach supplies, and even snacks/wine for our trip. We would come back in a heartbeat!!! Special thanks to the host!

Adorable!

The Key West Villa was just right for our small family celebration over Christmas. Christine even put up a tree for us! This house is spotless and well equipped for cooking…and eating. The house is cheerful all around, including a fort porch with oversized chairs and a back porch with a sultry view of the Florida landscape. And it’s only two blocks away for Main Street. We have already booked again for May!

Amazing place!

This villa is amazing, very clean and everything is so thoughtfully done! Another review stated Christine should give a class on how to set up a STR, I absolutely 100% agree!! The use of space is perfect, very well decorated, the back porch is just amazing, there wasn't anything that she didnt think of to include! The complimentary wine, water and snacks were a welcome surprise! I can't say enough about how clean this place was and I can't give enough stars for this place! We were only there for the weekend and we will definitely be back as we do come to that area several times a year! Christine is more than a superhost!!

Wonderful stay in charming cottage!

We had such a nice visit in this adorable cottage! Comfortable furnishings, everything we needed and the perfect location just a couple minutes to downtown Safety Harbor. Many good choices to easily walk to for dinner. The covered back patio was wonderful too. We also enjoyed the snacks! Would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding Place, Hostess & Location!

Two night stay for anniversary celebration with friends. The condo is in an excellent location two minutes to downtown Safety Harbor and quick drives to Clearwater and Tampa. The property is incredibly well maintained and beautifully decorated. Feels very much like you are staying in someones home, not a "rental." Spotlessly clean! Plenty of room for four adults to be very comfortable. Christine was an outstanding hostess with excellent communication. Highly recommend this property and will book again if in the area!
