Vacation Paradise with Waterfront

  • A perfect getaway starts with a perfect view of Tampa Bay and the well known Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Sit on the balcony and enjoy a breathtaking sunrise while having a cup of coffee. Relax with the whole family. Newly remodeled 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo with coastal decor. Whether you want to fish, swim in a beautiful heated pool, relax in a hot tub, or play tennis which are all on-sight or take a short 5min. or less car ride to the highly rated beaches of Fort DeSoto. We are also a very short distance from St. Pete Beach. Please note that the coin washer and dryer is not in the unit. It is in the clubhouse. There are 2 grills on the community dock with a picnic table.

Fabulous condo!

Very nicely remodeled condo. Definitely one of the nicest we have seen at Wander residences/Holiday Island. Highly recommend it.

We stayed at this condo for five nights with our family and thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodation was beautiful, with excellent views and great amenities. Our host was outstanding in her communication and gave us the flexibility we needed to make the most of our time together. We rented bikes and enjoyed exploring the area at a peaceful pace, including parts of Tierra Verde such as Fort De Soto. We would happily recommend this property to other families looking for a relaxing getaway.

Great place! Peaceful…manatees and dolphins off the dock was an unexpected bonus! Booked due to proximity to Eckerd college graduation but will come back for vacation!

Family getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was everything we wanted and more. It was in a great location, had everything we needed and even had a couple of chairs, beach towels, a cooler and an umbrella for the hot Florida sun. Caroline was quick to respond and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay at her condo again when visiting with my parents.
