Vacation Location Madeira Bay Resort Unit 407!


  • The unit is conveniently located on the 4th floor accessible by elevator or stairs. It is covered in brand new wood floors with elegant tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The spacious living room has plenty of sitting area with a 50 inch LED flat screen TV to enjoy. There is a dining area available for family meals. The master bedroom has a very comfortable Queen size bed, a full closet, and its own 50 inch LED flat screen TV as well. The kitchen is clean and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, coffee maker, tea pot, dishes, and more. There is an additional guest room that accommodates two twin beds. Both rooms have ceiling fans.

    The unit has a washer and dryer for your added convenience. A 24/7 Gym is also available on the 6th floor. There is a heated pool and hot tubon the property.

    The building is located approximately one half hour from Tampa International Airport , Downtown Tampa & Hard Rock Casino. Its a short walk to Johns Pass and directly across the street from Madeira Beach!
