Perfect view of the beach! The condo was clean, the king bed was comfortable and I loved the walk-in shower!The condo was close to restaurants and a grocery store. The staff was professional. Not more to say. I will definitely book again.

The host was accommodating to all our requests, and the stay was in a perfect spot on the beach! We enjoyed all of the hotel amenities (Tiki Bar, free parking, direct beach access, and more!) Comfortable bed and spacious room for two people. The pretty LED lights featured in the photos online did not appear to be working while we were there, but that did not significantly impact our stay at all.

The location was absolutely perfect! Unfortunately for my husband and I we went during a cold snap , however we still enjoyed listening to the waves from our balcony! The view was great! We were provided a good start of things needed for our stay!! There is a few things that need addressed- the shower was not very clean, it needs a good scrub, the corners are really bad, and the shower doors are covered in hard water spots! Then the bed, it was so hard, I had a hard time sleeping and staying comfortable, I am use to a softer bed…I have slept on harder mattress before but I think this one was definitely the worst! Even with the few things that need addressed we had a nice stay, I wished it was warmer for us but that is a chance you take!

Very nice stay

Had a very pleasant weekend at this unit. The owner has done a great job of updating it, beautiful decor. The balcony has a fabulous view of the beach and all that was going on there. Plenty of restaurants close by. Would definitely like to return!

All around a great place to stay. We very much enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The host was super easy to deal with and we had no issues at all. I would highly recommend.

Perfect ocean view, room was as stated in photos. Nice quiet area. Had one small mishap with the door, the batteries in the key went out. After contacting the host and maintenance, it was quickly resolved and there were no more issues. Covered parking is nice. There are beach chairs, umbrella and pool noodles in the room to use. You can also rent cabanas and chairs on the beach and it’s reasonable rates. They also allow to rent for several hours or all day.

The view was amazing. A little too far to the beach and you can't really hear the waves from the balcony. The door leading into the room was very drafty. It was windy the entire weekend and all you could hear was the wind howl through the door and the traffic. It was easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The ladies in the office were very pleasant. We flew in early that morning and spent the day exploring but the host let us check in early since the room was ready and we had to leave early Sunday. Overall, it was pleasant.

Overall great place to stay with an amazing view with beautiful sunsets. Even saw some dolphins our last day. Only wished they had a smart tv or I was able to use my Amazon fire tv stick. Just so when I’m not at the beach we could watch whatever we wanted. Communication was very good with the owners

Studio on a great beach

I have to start by saying that we came 2 months after the Hurricane so some things we not open/available. The studio condo had a great view. The floor was pretty sandy all the time even after sweeping but was clean and everything worked. Would visit again.

The property was on point with all the pics and details. We absolutely loved the area. Just what we needed for a private get away. Everything we needed for our stay was supplied for us. Grocery store is less than a 5 minute drive. Souvenir shops also. We will definitely be staying here again. Very clean and staff is very friendly. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach. This place was perfect!

Amazing Family Beach Vacation

We had an amazing family vacation here. The view is beautiful and you are just a few steps away from the sand between your toes. Each day we saw dolphins and manatees that were close enough to feel their waves. The pool was refreshing and a nice break from the heat. Unit was comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be back!

My happy place!

Everything about this place is great. My favorite place to stay in April due to the heated pool. But this time, For 4 days, not one adult was seen in the pool. Nobody could stand the cold temperature except for children and a couple of dads. They said it actually WAS heated to 80dg. Thats nuts!! Otherwise I love it!!

Treasure Island visit

This property is probably the closest you can get to the water without sleeping on the sand. The location was great. The owners and front desk staff were extremely helpful. The building is under renovation but that worked to our advantage as less people staying on the property translated into less crowded beach. The room was very clean and well furnished. We will come back again.

Overall good experience

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great. Loved the proximity to the beach and having beach service available at the property was a bonus! The beach was beautiful. Only negative was the bed. The bed is hard, not firm, but hard. Note to new visitors to Treasure Island: there is no free parking anywhere! Every restaurant we went to had paid parking which added at least $20 to our meal. So be prepared.

We booked 2 rooms near each other. 4 adult guests. Both rooms were great! Clean, comfy. Plenty of towels..hidden gems! ( other guests left boogie boards, Frisbee, football, chairs even a cooler! Awesome beach. So convenient! Deck was great to chill in the morning w coffee..(coffee maker supplied!) Everything worked..more than enuf room for 2 ppl. Tiki bar was great. .staff all super friendly. Thru itrip and other! Parking was easy. Lotz in the area to do! Will be using this service again!!
