Unit 117 - Comfy Island Treasure (Ground Floor)

  • Old Florida charm, Studio unit on the ground floor with seating area right outside your door. Take a dip into our heated pool, get your grill going, then head out onto the dock to watch the sunset. Bring your kayaks, boats and jet skis but first ask about our very affordable boat slips!

    Many of our guests stay here without a vehicle, since we have an onsite swimming pool, boating dock, fishing dock, and a cabana for gatherings and watching sports events on TV.

    The local beach, grocery store, drug store, nightlife, and a wide variety of restaurants are all within an easy walk.
