Welcome to Land's End 9-301! This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect beach retreat. As an end unit, it features a wider private balcony with stunning beachfront views and the opportunity to watch a breathtaking sunset every night. The open living area is both spacious and inviting, with comfy couches, a dining table that comfortably seats all, and easy access to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils needed for preparing meals at home.

The master bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and an attached bathroom for ultimate comfort. The guest bedroom is furnished with two full-sized beds, perfect for families or groups. For added convenience, the condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Enjoy a relaxing stay with everything you need right at your fingertips!

**Please Note: As of November 15th, 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time $50 fee per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area. Direct beach access onsite for all offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for anyone.

Just 3.5 miles north is Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk; a lively waterfront destination offering retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Treasure Island is located just north of St. Pete Beach and south of Clearwater Beach and boasts miles of stunning white-sand beaches along the Gulf of Mexico, while the Boca Ciega Bay waterways border the east side of the island. Amazing Views

We would stay here again and again! The corner unit with beautiful views of the water was a gift to wake up to each day. Very clean and well appointed too. The only complaint (not the owners doing) was the elevator not working most of our week stay. It was a bit cumbersome climbing flights with with groceries and luggage, but we did OK. If somebody was elderly or had a disability, it would not have worked. It seems many properties are having similar issues from hurricanes.
