Awesome Condo & Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo, amenities and location were great! Close to stores, restaurants and the beach was right across the street. Mostly everything was within walking distance. I loved how everything in the condo was new, updated and clean. I also liked that your property had security. It made my family feel safe. We definitely will look to stay in one of your properties again.

Great stay in a fabulous property

Our family felt extremely comfortable in this high end, renovated, very clean and elegant unit. The owner’s attention to detail and overall taste is remarkable. We hope to return to Sunrise Resort. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and all commodities is very convenient. The management is very prompt, attentive and efficient.

Good location, nice pool

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit #311 is in need of a thorough cleaning , cleaning out, and reorganizing. All closets ( bedroom ) and cabinets ( kitchen) are clustered. Some fixtures ( plumbing and electrical) are in need of repair. The resort is nice but the current roadwork in front of this building creates a huge inconvenience to the residents. You cannot head south on Gulf Blvd, only north at the time of this review.

Not a Fan of the Property Management Company

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The reservations for our stay were wonderful, until one week prior to arriving. We received an email stating that the condo in which we were to stay was being renovated and most likely would not be ready for accommodation. The choices given to us was to either cancel and receive a full refund or they would find accommodations similar to our reservation. Well, extensive plans had been made on our part: airline tickets, rental car, and excursions planned and paid for, so we elected to keep our reservations and not cancel. We arrived late at night (we informed them we would), and instructions were given that an envelope would be left at the entrance to the resort for entry into a replacement condo. That was not done. We called the on-call number twice with no answer. After approximately two hours, we called a last-ditch number for emergency lockouts, and Steve, the maintenance supervisor, responded and helped us gain entry. I received a call by the on-call person at 11:25pm that evening, telling me she had been out of cell phone coverage and blamed other office people for the envelope not being there when I queried how this could have happened. We were put up in the same resort for five nights, then had to move to a hotel down the street due to the renovation still not being completed. That was for two nights. We had to move again back to the original resort condo complex for another six days and informed that our last night there we would have to move again for one night. During each of these moves, it was hit or miss .. no plan..fly by the seat of their pants operation. Additionally, the realty company wasn't making these arrangements, rather it was the resort office people and the owner of the condo being renovated. They tried to make it easy, but it wasn't. Every time we had to move, we had to work around our "vacation" time and activities, because these were last minute changes...check out times, check in times, and coordination wasn't timely. T

The property was perfect for our weekend. Super clean.. kitchen well stocked... most comfortable pull out sofa ants of us have ever slept on! We will be back!
