Newly renovated and new to the rental market.

Put your toes in the sand and leave your worries behind. Take off your watch and live on island time where it is always 5 o'clock. This 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo features a community pool overlooking the intercoastal waterway and direct access to the intercoastal for kayaks and other recreational vehicles. The condo is located only steps away from being on the gulf beaches of Indian Shores and enjoying beautiful sunsets and the amazing beach experiences only found on the Gulf of Mexico!

The townhouse-style condo features 2 floors of living with an oversized 2 car garage on the ground floor.

The main floor features a half bathroom. The kitchen is furnished with a microwave, toaster, blender, panini grill, coffee maker, kettle, service for 8.

The dining room allows for you to entertain or spread out without feeling on top of one another. The dining room is decorated with a large table that could sit 8 easily.

The living room is perfectly prepared for relaxing after enjoying the beach all day. The living room has two large couches, a 50-inch tv, a breakfast nook with a high-top table and two high top chairs offers additional seating or informal eating area.

Adjacent to the living room/dining room is a private balcony (lanai) with Adirondack chairs and additional seating with a table perfect for morning coffees, mimosas, or a late night cocktail. You will have loads of room for the home family without feeling cramped and without someone located close to you.

The second story features a very large master bedroom. Relax in style on a plush Serta Perfect Sleeper king-sized bed. The dresser and nightstands along with a large walk-in closet offers more than enough places to put your clothes whether you are unpacking for a weekend or for a month. If your vacation requires you to do a little work or you just want a place to sit and work on your computer, the master bedroom work desk is awaiting. If you are just wanting to lay in bed and watch the latest movies or shows , the room features a 50-inch smart tv already connected to Hulu and Netflix for more than you could want to binge on. The master en suite offers spacious shower to rinse off and prepare for another day of sun and sand.

The second bedroom is equally as large as the master and features two premium queen sized beds, a dresser, nightstand, closet with extra storage and a 50-inch smart tv for your children or additional guests to have the same luxuries as you do.

The condo offers cable tv in the living room, Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the unit, and the smart tv’s offer Hulu and Netflix.

All linens are made available along with a washer and dryer.

Beach supplies: Pool noodles, sand toys, beach umbrella, beach wagon, beach chairs, and more.

Garage: Grill available for cookouts, garage parking for 2 cars +, and parking for 2 additional cars in assigned parking (4 cars in total).

Misc.: Carbon monoxide/smoke detectors throughout, PS3 and games, washer/dryer available in your condo.

Young children: Crib/Playpen with linens, high chair available.

Great trip to Indian Rocks Beach

We loved staying at Kevins place! Great location and very quick walk to the beach. We loved the heated pool and having access to a grill. The house was perfect for our needs.

Location ideal !

We stayed three weeks for a winter get away. Daughter her husband and two year old child joined us for a week. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Pool was a big hit as it was heated well.

Condo is nice! Everything is clean and in good repair. Just a short walk across the street to a wonderful stretch of beach. We really appreciated that the beach chairs were like new, and plenty of them!

Great property in a great location

Kevin was a great host and very responsive. The property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. This was our first attempt at snowbirding and we could not have been happier with the place or the location. Indian Shores is a great beach town.

Cozy, relaxing stay

The condo was as described, when we arrived it was very clean, smelled fresh and was well equipped with thoughtful extras that made our stay more enjoyable. We appreciated the little touches and fun, beachy vibe. The bed was VERY comfortable. Short walk to the beach and fun ice cream shop, this is a nice, tucked away community. The pool was a lovely temperature and was very clean. The beach chairs and gear were very much appreciated. Would recommend and hope to return. Thank you Kevin!

It was okay. Comfortable, clean, convenient. Nothing extraordinary and be sure you can do steps as it’s one flight up to main level, two flights to bedroom level. The washer and dryer were nice features. Owner is great. It’s simple and okay.

Owners were amazing!

We did not want to leave! The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and were very polite. The property is spacious, welcoming, stocked with cooking supplies and everything needed for the beach including a cart, rolling cooler, beach umbrellas, kids beach toys and chairs. There is a propane grill available and appeared to have sufficient amount of propane.if needed. We happened to be in the Hurricane Debby that went through and the owners checked on us more than once and were willing to extend stay to accommodate our needs. Great experience with the owners and property and will likely stay book in the future!

Great little spot!

This place was perfect for me and my two boys (12 and 15). We were super close to the beach and with the chilly weather we had that weekend, the heated pool in the complex was quite lovely and frequently used. The decorations are cute and fun, and the kitchen is really well stocked. My older son said he thought the condo seemed the most well-loved of any place we've stayed over the years. We flew in from Philly so appreciated all of the towel, beach cart, and chairs that we weren't able to bring with us. The area is a lot quieter than other towns in that area, which we appreciated! Overall, it was a great condo and I would definitely stay there again.

Great place but needs cleaning

The place is great! Super close to the beach and the pool was clean and nice as well. The place is in desperate need of real cleaning though. Our feet were completely dirty within minutes of walking around the house. The blinds are also all broken and don’t close completely so if you have trouble sleeping without it being dark bring your eye mask. Loved all the beach items stored in the garage. Also they didn’t provide any trash bags so bring your own.

Perfect week in Indian Shores

We loved our stay in this unit. Our flight was delayed so we arrived late at night. However, the short drive from the airport and ease is entry made that small hiccup hassle free. After that…paradise. The beds were very comfy. The bathroom configuration was perfect for giving 4 ladies privacy and space. Walk left out the front door and your are pool or waterway. Turn right, and you’re at the beach. You can’t beat it. So many items for use in the garage. You just need to bring your clothes. The location was excellent. Close to great restaurants and shops. Very walkable. Next time I’m parking the car and renting a bike to get around. We discovered the fun in that too late! The hosts made everything so easy to understand prior to arrival and during our stay. There wasn’t a need to reach out. However, he did text me his number if anything came up and I’m confident the response would’ve been quick. You can tell they love their place at the beach! Now I do too! Can’t wait to return.

Perfect Beach Condo

The condo was very clean and decorated so cute! The location was perfect for getting to the beach just a short walk across the street. They also had chairs, toys, wagon, cooler, and umbrellas that were a great touch. It made going to the beach fantastic. It was also close to little shops and restaurants. Had a great spring break in Indian Shores! The condo was just as pictured, had everything we needed, clean space and well stocked with everything we needed!
