  • Welcome to the Sunny Spot! Situated in a quiet neighborhood, you’ll enjoy a nice stay in a central location. Less than 5 mins to your nearest grocery stores and coffee shops, a quick 15 min drive to the beach, and 20 to downtown St. Pete where you can enjoy all of the best restaurants, parks, shops, and bars.

    The space is owned and maintained by family members who care for and know it well. You’ll find a well stocked kitchen, quality bedding, & a few toys and books for entertainment.

The house is clean and in a great location for what we needed. The house needs some maintenance like the washer dripping and lawn needing to be mowed. The host was responsive. Kitchen lacks some items needed to cook a complete meal but we managed.
