This cozy 2-bedroom house in Largo is designed for relaxed, easy Florida living. A lot of love has gone into making this home bright and welcoming. The bedrooms feature comfortable beds with quality linens. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home. The living area has a smart TV with cable and streaming, board games, and comfortable seating. The fenced backyard features a BBQ grill and outdoor seating — perfect for evening cookouts after a day at the beach. A carport provides shaded parking. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, fenced yard, BBQ grill, and all amenities. Self check-in via smart lock ensures easy arrival. A welcome guide with beach recommendations, local restaurant picks, and house instructions is provided.

Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in Largo, just minutes from shopping, restaurants, and the Gulf Coast's finest beaches. Clearwater Beach is about 20 minutes, Indian Rocks Beach 15 minutes, and St. Pete Beach 25 minutes. Clearwater Airport is 20 minutes away, and Tampa Airport is 40 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly with easy access to everything you need.
Getting Around:
The driveway has a carport for shaded parking. Rideshares to the beach are very affordable given the short distance. Clearwater Beach is approximately 20 minutes, Indian Rocks Beach 15 minutes. St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport is 20 minutes, Tampa International Airport 40 minutes. Local cab companies and rideshare services are readily available.

Beach essentials are available for your convenience. The fenced yard is great for relaxing outdoors. This is a quiet residential neighborhood — please be respectful of neighbors. No parties or events. No smoking inside. We offer weekly and monthly discounts for extended stays.
