The Haven at North Beach on Clearwater Beach, FL

  • Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The Haven at North Beach is nestled in a quiet seaside neighborhood. The 3rd of 3 units, this studio sleeps 4. There is a patio and outdoor grill available. Enjoy the amazing Gulf of Mexico sunsets from the semi-private, dog friendly beach less than a block away.

    There are many thing to see within walking distance, but it is worth venturing out and visiting all the beaches and what they have to offer. Because the Pinellas gulf beaches all have limited parking, the Jolly Trolley is a great way to get around. Or you can reserve a golf cart to be delivered by Happy's Golf Cart Rentals.
    Only Guest at time of reservation are allowed to stay the night. All other guest must leave no later than 11:00 a.m.

    Please keep the place as clean as possible upon leaving. Place all used towel in the bathroom laying on the tub. Leave used beds, including sofa bed, unmade. Please empty all garbage and place in the outside trash bins.

    NO WILD OR LOUD PARTIES. If we are notified by the Neighbors, or the Police are called to the house. You and your guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

    Pet Policy's If you have a pet with you, they must be listed as a guest in your booking in order to pay the pet fee. All your Pet's doggy Poo Must be cleaned up by you, and please do not allow your pets to dig holes. If our Cleaners have to clean up after them and report holes in the yard it will cost you an additional $250.

    All our units are 100% nonsmoking. If our cleaning crew notices any smoke smell from marijuana, tobacco, or any other smokable substance you will be charged an additional fee of $250 for disinfection and ozone treatment.

Great beach property

Great location, steps to a fabulos wite sand beach, you can walk to both ends of the island to enjoy beach goers or solitude (in the north end)...cottage has all basic necesities for a confortable stay, two large beds to get a good night rest; good shade in the back of the house where are plenty of chairs and tables to have lunch.

Poor communication

The property had not been cleaned for our stay. The property manager responded quickly that she would refund our first night's stay since it couldn't be cleaned that day. That was her last communication with us regarding the issue until after our 8 day stay had concluded, when I continued to text her with questions about the refund. If she had just communicated with me that she did initiate a refund right away, it would have made our stay more relaxed, but the communication on this issue was terrible. She communicated that the trash needed taken out and she sent me a corrected Wifi password, just didn't communicate well on the issue of the refund. The back yard needs attention. The kitchen sink backwashed into the other sink and the fridge leaked water onto our food. I didn't try contacting the host about these other issues because she wasn't communicating well with the biggest issue of the refund. Overall, this is still a great location and decent price rental that is only one block from the beach on the more secluded side of the island.
