There were roaches and insects everywhere. We felt unsafe in the premises because guest would be arguing and smoking around the halls at any other. Staff were kind people, but unfortunately the place itself left a lot to desire.

The staff are excellent We were put in a room that had serious smokers in it there were no other rooms available. The staff gave us ozone machine, so we can pull the smokeout the location was excellent.The price was good for the room

Floida Stay

This is my 4th trip staying at this hotel. Since I was there last permanent residents have moved in so the choice of room size was limited. Animals were never allowed and, in fact, the paperwork I signed when I checked in said they weren't allowed. However, there were several dogs being walked by their owners. In addition children and adults living there rode bicycles all over the property at all hours of the day & night. The property is kept really nice & clean but it is now more like an apartment complex instead of a hotel property.

The Good - Price was ok. Location is great. Room layout is good. Parking is close to the room. We were not approached or bothered by anybody. Our vehicle was not tampered with. Air conditioner worked well. The Bad - Many long-term renters here that like to hang out outside their rooms and smoke cigarettes. Many shady types hanging around the area. Room and bedding smelled of smoke. Decor is dated and tired. Air conditioner was very loud. Hope I don't have to stay here again.

NOT A PLACE TO TAKE YOUR MAMA or anyone you LOVE

The Staff were very friendly and courteous. The room was dated but clean. That's where the good ends! If you don't mind COCKROACHES. I saw 5 and Killed 3 please stay here. LOL. So glad my wife did not know or she would have freaked, stormed out and demand a full refund!!!!!!!! I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with a family or a romantic holiday. It appears that a lot of the guests are low income who homeless people who are put up here on the taxpayers dime. If you can.......................Stay Away.

First night I was exhausted after a long drive and 2 softball games and only saw 2 bugs before I fell asleep fast. But I left in the middle of the night on my 2nd night of a planned 3 night stay, There were bugs were everywhere. I woke up with a headache and went to get something and bugs were all over the nightstand, my water bottle, crawling up the walls. I started looking for another room immediately and woke my husband to find bugs on his pillow when he was in the shower. My husband had recently had part of his foot amputated and it was still wrapped with stitches and I was so afraid of possible infection. There was only security on site at the time we left so we returned at 7 when the office opened, Steve was very nice and apologize, returned my money for half my stay plus an additional $25 which is more than I expected. Please be advised, there are also lots of true extended stay residents here sitting outside there room smoking (both cigarettes and pot) all night long, playing quarters in the parking lot and just an atmosphere that makes you nervous. Not the Valentine's Day/Birthday weekend I wanted in Clearwater.

I walked in and the room had a musky smell gnats were flying around and bought a pizza for our dinner left it on the table found roaches crawling on it but they gave me 2/3 of my money back will not recommend it for anyone

Extended stay means other people have been living there forever. My room smelled like weed and cigarette smoke even though I got a non- smoking room. Domestic violence in the room above me. Roaches. I just felt unsafe overall. Staff was nice. I checked out after the first day and they did refund my money.
