Two bedrooms, two large bathrooms,fully equipped kitchen, and a location that you will not believe. The soft sands of Treasure Island are just across the street and a huge Publix grocery store is right next door. Separate pantry cabinet provides space for all your vacation goodies and snacks. Complimentary wifi is provided along with cable tv in each bedroom and the living room. This condo even has in unit laundry!

Great stay!

Condo is exactly as pictured and well maintained. Pool and hot tub are clean and the beach is right across the street. Balcony looks right at the intercostal and we spent hours watching the birds and dolphins go by! Melissa was great to deal with and responded to any questions we had within minutes.

End of summer trip

In right my daughter and her friends for an end of summer vacation. Parked the car and walked everywhere. Everything is conveniently located and took the trolley to Johns Pass for dinner and some shopping. Condo was just as advertised and very well stocked! We will be back!

Amazing!

Truly a great stay! Our group stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and Melissa was so incredibly helpful. She sent us a list of every place that would be open so sweet wouldn't have to stress about anything. The property is perfectly located - literally steps from Publix and beach access. And yet the property is unbelievably quiet. We were able to sit outside and watch dolphins every day!

Wonderful unit with views

Larger than most units. Lots of beach toys, amazing view of dolphins, pool and birds, nice kitchen. Host was quick to respond and a lovely person to work with. Publix next door with a great bakery. Beach access was very easy.

Our first Florida vacation

We had an amazing time in this Treasure Island condo. It was true to the pictures, and the location is excellent. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Beds in both bedrooms were extremely comfortable. Air conditioning worked amazing. We had a little trouble upon arrival with the code lock, but called Melissa and she picked right up and helped us over the phone. The couch was a little uncomfortable, but im used to my home comfy recliner....lol I would definitely rent this unit again. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and in a perfect location. The pool and hot tub were awesome too.

The condo was perfect for my sisters and my nieces, and myself. It was a bit of a walk across the dunes to get to the ocean but if it hadn't been 100, it would've been bearable. We had a beautiful view of the waterway from the balcony. There was a full kitchen, washer/dryer and best of all 2 bathrooms. Beautiful place. Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay. The pool was convenient and very clean.

We loved the condo, live an hour away and a nice 4 day, 3 night stay. Beach access was less than a block away. Melissa was great in communicating and answered any question we had previously or during the stay.

Awesome stay!

Beautiful place, so closed to everything, relaxing and calm. What was really outstanding for me was the communication with Melissa, almost immediately responses (usually you don’t get that from others). Place is well equipped and secure. We really love the place and location and definitely want to come back as soon as possible!
