Amazing beach getaway

We absolutely LOVED our visit. The location is beyond perfect. The house came with so many amenities for the beach and loved the outdoor rinse off station. We had 3 littles with us and thought the house was extremely kid friendly. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and we will be back!!

Great location

Great house on Sunset, walking distance to Caddy’s and Katiki on the beach as well as convenience store and other restaurants. House is well stocked with a simple in and out process. Great for multiple family members, didn’t have to drive anywhere.

We were very pleased with our stay. The property was exactly as advertised and the proximity to the beach was perfect. If I had one complaint it was the mattresses in the bedrooms except the master were extremely soft and in my opinion needed to be replaced.

Gorgeous home and amazing neighborhood.

I booked this stay for a friends wedding that was in treasure island, and being so close to caddys made it so convenient (amazing food). The home was nice and clean comfortable stay for us and had all the supplies we needed for our week stay. I would book this in a heartbeat again, its litterally a few hundred feet and you're in the ocean.

Stayed for a bachelorette party!

Loved the property. We had 8 girls, and everyone was comfortable. Air mattresses are provided with extra blankets - we barely had to leave with everything so accessible. Would recommend to any of my friends now and in the future. Thank you, Steve, for making our weekend incredible!

Vacation in Treasure Island Florida.

The house was very nice and close to the beach but the bathrooms were dirty as were some of the rooms and the kitchen .The main issue was cleanliness. We paid a lot of money to clean the house but the company that cleans it for you is doing a very poor job .Otherwise every was fine .

Spring Break 2023

My husband and I plus my daughter and her husband and 3 kids spent a week at this home. It was very clean and well appointed. Everyone had everything they needed. The wagon and beach chairs plus beach toys were a real plus. It's located a short walk from the beach which had a nice mix of fine sand and shells. It's also close to several restaurants that we could walk to. The owner was very responsive to our email that the internet and cable was out, sending someone over quickly . The fans were a bit tricky as some were on the same frequency and one remote turned on fans in different rooms. But that was a minor flaw. Great home, we would consider staying here again.

The house is great. The supplies that are at the house are great there was cooking oli plus salt & pepper so we didn’t have to run to the store in the first day that we got here. The proximity to the beach is Excellent it is just a two minute walk the house was clean. We have no issues with the AC with fans though out the house. The rules were very specific to the point so that was easy to follow. Would stay here again in the area.Beautiful sunsets and the beach was not crowded.

The house was clean and in a great location. Close to most everything. Very spacious for a party of 7 adults. However the thing that sold us on the booking was the idea of having a beach wagon to carry things to and from the beach easily. And the access to a gas grill. We didn’t have either of these items available at the house. There was a very small charcoal grill that took a long time to grill for 7 people.

Best sunset beach vacation spot

Seconds to the beach, so much in food, shops, convenience in walking distance. The house was very accommodating, host was prompt and very professionally friendly. Great parking. Thank you for hosting our family vacation to one of our favorite locations! We will be back!

St Pete Beach Wedding Weekend

This house is located a very short walk from the beach. Kitchen is well-stocked. There were plenty of bath & beach towels. The house had been cleaned prior to our arrival. There are a lot of steps if anyone has physical limitations, but for our group the steps were fine. We enjoyed our stay!

Great beach house, perfect location

This house was exactly what we were looking for to have a family beach trip. Walk directly across the street and you're at the beach. This area of Treasure Island is great, as it's less crowded and there are two small restaurants within a 2 min walk of the house. 7-11 is within walking distance. House itself was very clean and well taken care of. Nice bathrooms, all furniture was in great shape, and being able to use the garage for storage of beach toys was a huge bonus. Plenty of parking for 4 cars. The whole house has ocean views, but the master bedroom in particular is huge and has a great ocean view from the windows plus it's own private balcony with incredible ocean views. Lastly, we watched some of the best sunsets we've ever seen here. It's honestly worth it just for that. Highly recommend!

Great beach getaway

Very clean and so close to the beach you could easily walk to and from the home as needed to get snacks or for a short break from the beach without the hassle of finding or paying for parking. Lots of space in the house to spread out for our family of 6 with multiple bathrooms and a family friendly town. Best beach rental we have had so far!

We had the most wonderful vacation for the 3rd year in a row. We love the house. Just for your information. all of the floors on the 2nd floor ( bedrooms and bathroom ) were very sandy..... rest of the house was beautiful as usual...

The property is a very short walk to the beach which was really great for our young grandchildren and there were plenty of beach toys, chairs, and towels, and a wagon to carry it all. The house itself was not as "kid-friendly" as advertised, but it was OK. We had two minor problems, but the management company was attentive. We were there during a tropical storm and the house is very solid.
