Welcome to Beachway Condos a gated condo upscale vacation community close to all the wonderful beaches of Pinellas county. Your condo is open concept with high ceilings, granite, crown molding, stainless appliances and nice tennis court/landscape view. Condo has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. One king bed, one queen bed, living room couch. Home is stocked with everything you need for a comfy VACATION - all dishes, silverware,shampoo,conditioner, body wash, 3 different types of coffee and cramers, iron, hairdryer, full sized washer and dryer in the home. Complex has tennis courts, gym and heated pool .
Entire condo is yours -2 bedrooms 1 bath, washer dryer in unit and pet friendly ! ( two pet limit, each pet must be under 25 pounds) Complex has a large pool that is heated in winter months for your most ultimate vacation experience. Nice tennis courts, gas grills, covered seating and open seating by the pool and gym for you to use. No vehicle number restrictions. Open parking. Complex is located in the heart of Pinellas County close to everything, beaches, shopping, WALKING DISTANCE to: McDonald’s, Burger King, tropical smoothie, STARBUCKS, Daily’s burger, Lukens liquor, PDQ, Wendy’s, Ross, Burlington and Sprouts. PET FEE $100 PER ENTIRE STAY. High ceilings make this unit feel bright and airy!

Great little place, wonderful host!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is spotless and well stocked. The host was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure every need was met. If you want a place relatively close to the beaches, this is it.

Great Host

Place was nice and the host had everything you would need. Place was clean and nicely decorated. Located near shops and restaurants. Host left us a nice gift. If you are in this area this is a great place to rent and I would highly recommend!

Perfect place!

We stayed for a week in March 2025. The condo was spotless. The host Sandra is available and let us feel very welcome! We feel very safe as it is a gated area. Gym and pool available on site, very clean as well. We highly recommend!

Sandy and her husband went out of their way to make our family welcome and comfortable. The accommodations were just beautiful! They thought of everything and it was fashionably decorated. It was our home away from home and we greatly appreciate their hospitality!

Cute Florida Condo

Communication with Sandra was great! We love the Seminole area so much to do and only minutes from the beach. The condo was so beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable.

Lovely place! Highly recommend!

Sandy (Host) was very kind, helpful and wonderful with communication and gave quick responses. The condo was very inviting and pleasant in appearance and comfort. It was very clean and we loved the pool and that it had a washer and dryer plus garden tub. Gated community and being close to numerous beaches makes it a great location and place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Unit

The pictures although beautiful do not do the unit justice. Everything about the unit was top shelf. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Sandra was amazingly communicative and accessible. Very conveniently located!

Great spot!

Condo is in a great location in a gated community close to all amenities. The unit itself is well stocked, nicely decorated, clean and in the perfect location close to the pool, gym, and BBQ area. Our hosts were great. Checked on us by email regularly and had thoughtful welcome gifts. We would definitely stay again!

Great condo

We were very pleased with the overall experience and the host took good care of us with clear check-in & check out instructions. The location was great with beaches not too far accessible by car. The site was calm and well maintained. The property was nice and comfortable, had everything we needed and even extra items (kids bodyboards, sand toys, umbrella, ) that made it convenient for our family. Overall, great condo to stay in and the service/responsiveness from the host was very professional and quick!

Quiet / Clean / Safe / Friendly

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The residents of this complex were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was quiet, never any noise. It was a gated community and the surroundings always kept my family safe. The actual unit we rented from Sandra was ready and clean upon arrival. Sandra does a great job with communicating and providing a place that is exactly what you see online. We need to be back in town in the weeks ahead and will be trying to stay here again.

Comfortable and Well Equipped Place

The environment was quiet. We entered the premises and swam without much contact with other residence. Lots of cars, but very few interactions. It was peaceful. The master bed is probably king size, it was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and had utensils as well as basics. The décor set a nice tone for a beach lifestyle.

Excellent for an active vacation

Our family of three stayed for several days and the place was very suitable for our needs. Wanting to be active, we used the tennis court and pool, and the drive to the beach was under 10 minutes. There were even beach chairs to bring to the beach. We used the kitchen, which had a complete set of modern appliances and all the cookware, utensils (and spices, etc) we needed to eat and cook at home, including the BBQ. When we arrived, the place was immaculate, with a welcoming place setting. Excellent WiFi and full smart TV setup was great. The host was also very welcoming and responsive. If we do the same trip again, we'll definitely stay here again.
