It was a unique experience; no one is Ever at the office, no one would talk on the phone, and we could not get access to a room in spite of a prepaid reservation made six weeks earlier through Orbitz.

Irresponsible management

We arrived early evening to find office closed and other tenants standing in parking area no knowing how to check in. It was cold and we searched everywhere. Reception area was under remodel. A number left on a paper was supposedly for contact but never picked up. Amateurs, we ldd es Ty to find other accommodations. Don’t book here.

I arrived to 10:00 pm and found out my room was booked to someone else. They told me that Expedia didn’t tell them that I booked a room. I had to communicate by text just to be told sorry, nothing we can do. Very unprofessional and rude. Now. I can’t even get my deposit back from Expedia. What a joke!!

I texted the number on the door and they said they did not have my reservation and told me to contact the third party to get my refund back. I booked this a few weeks ago with a email stating my booking is guaranteed. I also got a email regarding their pet policy. So my guess is they booked the room for more money and didn’t care about the reservation I had. No sure what did happen but I travel often and never had a problem like this.

Good value. The new owners are doing a good job remodeling the property. The pool and pavers were professionally done. The room was clean but minimal. The woman (owner) who checked us in was pleasant and ensured we were happy. Quiet and Safe. Would bring own pillows next time as the bed wasn't the best, but it was priced fairly for the conditions.

The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. They knew we had accommodations for 4, yet there was only towels and washcloths for 2 in the room. The staff was friendly and accomodating when the issue was addressed.

The bed was cold and damp. The sheets were stained, and smelled musty. I had to turn on the heat and let the bed air out or before I could sleep in it. If it wasn’t late at night and I had the means, I would have stayed somewhere else.

Overhead light full of BUGS, vent in bathroom dirty (clogged) no air able going through, air conditioner in room was same (so bad I cleaned my self to get clean air).😩. Lamp shade looked like it cam out of 1950 (yellowed and holes in it!). Curtain very thin, seemed like it was day light in middle of night!

This lady was awful she said that Travelocity did not charge me which they did and then she charge me again and then once my husband was not satisfied with it because she rang us to the room and made me sign a piece of paper stating that everything was OK which never had to do with this my whole entire life living in the USA she was very racist very rude very very poor attitude call me and called my husband a racist word And to be honest the hotel looks like my grandparents house

Everything was nice except the toilet seat. If you stay in room 311, you'll see. How much is it to replace it with the right one? Other than that, nice place. Great owner.

If you are considering booking, do it but here is my full review. Customer Service: AMAZING! Beyond nice and so flexible. We needed more towels and they were brought directly to our door. Any and all questions we had during our stay were answered promptly. Cleanliness: The room was clean however there was still sand on the floor from the previous guest and the grout was dirty in the shower but other than that it was clean. Room features: The room had everything we needed mini fridge,microwave,coffee maker, and tv. And the wifi was very fast! The beds were comfortable. Location: 10/10! About 14 Minutes to Clearwater Beach. Close to downtown Clearwater and Dunedin. It was a very safe and quiet family friendly area. The only complaint is that it was on a busy road and you were occasionally able to hear all the cars passing at night but it did not disturb us. Overall, amazing value for the price. I will definitely be back!
