2,900 square foot three story townhome on lake tarpon with partial lake views. Two king masters and dedicated office separated by living, dining, kitchen, family room with basement “ apt” including kitchenette fir kids which sleeps 9! Clubhouse with workout room, billiards, small library. Dock, fishing, bbq, tennis/pickle ball, shuffleboard, bathroom facilities. Separate pool with bath facilities.
