Reserve Plums Paradise A & B and Mermaids Cove A & B. Book some or all units when traveling with larger groups for family reunions, company events, and multiple family or friendly vacations. These properties are 3 houses away from each other and only contain 2 units on each property. Rent both properties and have 6 bedrooms (4 Kings, 2 Queens), 1 pull out sofa beds, and 4 baths. Will sleep 14 comfortably.

No pets - No smoking - No visitors

Quiet time after 10pm strictly enforced per town code.
No one under 25 permitted to rent unless accompanied by an adult.
Maximum occupancy cannot exceed 4 people total, including children.
Cameras located on outside of property.

- A valid government issued ID is required once booking is confirmed.

-Completion of a signed rental agreement may be requested once booking is confirmed if an electronically accepted and/or signed rental agreement was not received.

Walk to the grocery store, to Keegans (featured on Food Networks Diners, Drine-ins, and Dives), several local bars and eateries, and of course the beach!

There is a trolley that can take you from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete beach for a nominal fee and it stops in Indian Rocks Beach. See my Guidebook for details.
