PLEASE NOTE- Due to damage caused by Helene, this little bungalow has been a complete remodeled (WITH PERMITS) so the inside pictures although current, do not reflect how beautiful this property truly is. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed….with the new kitchen island, brand new walk in shower with grab bar, and stainless steel appliances including a french door refrigerator;)

This piece of paradise has a large tropical enclosed yard to enjoy while sitting on lounge chairs and sipping on your morning coffee, or snacking on some local take out on the outside patio set.

Reserve Plums Paradise A & B and Mermaids Cove A & B. Book some or all units when traveling with larger groups for family reunions, company events, and multiple family or friendly vacations. These properties are 3 houses away from each other and only contain 2 units on each property. Rent both properties and have 6 bedrooms (4 Kings, 2 Queens), 1 pull out sofa beds, and 4 baths. Will sleep 14 comfortably.

No pets - No smoking - No visitors

Quiet time after 10pm strictly enforced per town code.

Stephanie was an excellent host, checking in to make sure everything was going well without being excessive. The property was exactly as it appears online and I was able to access the property easily with the information provided. Our stay at the beach cottage was perfect. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the cottage comes stocked with everything you need - including beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, coolers, beach toys, and even bikes! The house itself had plenty of necessities including toiletries and kitchen supplies. The cottage is beautifully decorated and charming, and was spotlessly clean. The outdoor area was a plus as well. We loved our stay here and would come back again in the future!

We arrived and everything was perfect and just as described. So many little extras that made this a great beach rental. The owners were so responsive and provided us with all Of the info we could ever possibly need. They provided a notebook that had Tons of information about the rental and IRB. We would definitely rent from them again if it was just my husband and I.

This was our second time staying in the same unit; Sabrina and Bill are always so attentive and responsive. Unit was clean, spacious and well appointed. Everything we needed for the beach was conveniently located in a separate shed/area (new) and there were plenty of items available. Beach is less than a 2 minute walk and we love that the town added the cross walk signals since our last visit. Close to bars/restaurants/cafes, no issues with noise from the bar or the street. Overall it was a wonderful stay as usual and we hope to return next year once our vacation weeks are confirmed.

This nicely renovated 1950’s cottage has everything needed for a chill beach stay. It is a very short walk to the beach and local restaurants. It’s a short drive to Clearwater and dolphin excursions etc. The host is easy to communicate with. The property is clean and well kept up. Off street dedicated parking. Safe- key code changed with each guest. Basic beach fun items included. Quiet (although I was not there during the busiest time of year). Highly recommend.

Nice clean place. Good outdoor area with plenty of seating. Property owners were very responsive with any questions we had. There was a cart available for us to take with us to the beach. 5 bikes for us to use. We tried to stay off the main road with the bikes because of the cars, but we enjoyed using the bikes on back roads. The beach is a block and a half away. Only issue was that we had to cross the main road to get to it, but the cars do tend to yield to walkers. We would go back again
