Corner unit, ground-floor, two bedrooms, two full bath, full kitchen with screened private patio. Only six other condos on site that share pool and private grounds. 1150 square feet. In-suite laundry, king bed in master, two twin beds in second room, sleeper sofa, Pack N Play, double air mattress. Accommodates 6. Small dogs ok with additional cleaning fee (please disclose).
4 TVs including two smart TVs, free Netflix, cable, internet/hi speed wifi).
Full kitchen: Keurig coffeemaker, blender, toaster oven, microwave, full-sized fridge with icemaker, ceramic cooktop stove, all dishes, pots/pans, utensils.
We provide towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, grill, beach toys.
Small, well-trained pets under 30 lbs. welcome with additional cleaning deposit.

Near Clearwater, FL with shops and great restaurants, little traffic. Ideal spot to relax, fish, paddleboard, kayak and walk. Nearby attractions include Clearwater Marine Aquarium (home of the late Winter the Dolphin), Splash Harbor Water Park, nearby stop for Jolley Trolley, Sand Key, John's pass, Busch Gardens, many museums and sites in St. Pete/Clearwater/Tampa area along with some great seafood restaurants and a sunset that can't be beat. The place was immaculate and quiet. Everything was as listed. The pool in the front and beach in the back, made this ladies trip easy and everyone did their own thing. And the sunsets…. It felt like our home away from home.

Perfect location and great property

This was our second stay at this property. It was even better than the first. Some remodeling has been done, and done well. The private beach and pool are wonderful! The location is close to anything you want to do.This place has all of the conveniences. It is so comfortable and relaxing you could spend your entire vacation just chilling here. And gorgeous sunsets, of course!

Loved the accessibility of this place! No stairs! Basically right on the beach and had a pool! Had breakfast every morning listening to the waves on the covered porch. Perfect spot for vacation!

Great location!

This was a great beach rental for our party of 5. We have two small children ages 5 and 8 and it was steps from the beach. So convenient to be able to drive a few minutes to a restaurant or grocery store. And the sunset views from the back porch were breathtaking. There were plenty of linens and kitchen was fully stocked.

we had a super time at property ,disappointed pool was not heated thought it said it was. was great to beach although they had to bring in alot of sand to protect property from damage, but we made it over sand dunes and enjoyed sunsets. the screened in porch was great. really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back. all in all super time!!!

Great condo on the beach

We loved staying here. Pool out the front door and the ocean out the back door - literally 50 steps from the beach We loved that the pool was a salt water pool . Condo was clean and comfortable with the feel of a beach cottage. The area is more residential so it was quiet and very relaxing. We especially loved the screened in lanai. my husband is handicapped and couldn't get to the beach but he really enjoyed sitting there and listening to the waves. We spent most of our condo time in the lanai. This place met all of our expectations and we hope to be able to come again soon.

This property is the best I’ve ever stayed in at the beach and I’ve been taking beach vacations nearly 50 years. The closeness to the beach was absolutely wonderful! 25 steps to the sand. The screened back porch was beautiful and right on the beach. We had a couple of rainy days but having the screened porch made the rain no problem cause we were still “on the beach” … After a day on the beach, sipping a coffee on the porch until after dark with family was just the best! We stayed 6 nights and only wish I had booked 2 weeks! And now about the pool… right out the front door and kept up beautifully. Comfort beyond any where I’ve ever stayed and 2 full baths, large living room with comfortable seating. So peaceful and like your own private beach. The whole place was neat and clean as it could be. The kitchen was stocked with all comforts of cooking in your kitchen at home. Now about our hostess, Ms Lynda. Easy to talk to and returns calls and texts very quickly and our comfort and enjoyment of the stay was her main concern. I’m looking forward to coming back here next year or maybe possibly later this year. We will positively be back to this condo ASAP. To say I was 100% satisfied is not adequate. Thank you Ms Lynda… I can’t wait to book this condo again!

Old time beach vacation

We loved the condo and the screened in patio was such a plus. My 81 year old mother spent most of her days out here. The pool was right out our front door. The gulf was in the back. My husband spent every day walking the beach or taking the chair out to sit. My mom and I could not get out to the beach as there are high dunes in front of it which is not stable for someone that walks w/ a walker or cane but kids and younger people should be ok. There is a charcoal grill and we used that to grill burgers and watch the sunset one evening. It’s definitely a quiet area compared to Clearwater and Indian Rocks which is exactly what we wanted. But if you’re looking for a big time party this place is not for you. All in all I would not mind staying here again

The condo was great, but the owner is odd.

I loved the condo. It was exactly as listed and the beach was beautiful. However, as you can see from some of the previous responses, the owner is a bit off. Make sure to let her know upon arrival if there is anything wrong in the condo, even the smallest of issues such as splilled milk, or she will message you accusationally about it while you are at the airport waiting on your flight home. I was very disappointed in her communication and her lack of knowledge of the level of cleanliness offered upon arrival versus our departure. Despite that, we had a beautiful time and i would recommend this condo, just beware of the owner.
