This unit provides a spacious balcony to enjoy watching the parade of boats and spectacular sunsets! The unit has two new flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, and free North American long-distance calling included. Large kitchen with an eat-in area and plenty of room for cooking. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. 14-day minimum, Saturday arrival, and Saturday departure are required during the season.
