A 1 BR 708 sf. Large open space- walkthrough bathroom. Entire unit to yourself. NO CLEANING FEE so I ASK you clean up dishes and anything you use in kitchen. IF you're able please sweep/mop before check out. Hangout on patio/outside common areas. 1 block from Central Ave-the main drag from downtown to Grand Central. 2 blocks walk to Tropicana Field. Downtown to Beach Trolley runs up and down Central Ave. Walkable, central, clean and a very cool. 5 min to bay 15-20 min to Gulf Beaches
