  • Welcome to our brand NEW 2 beds apartment, renovated early 2023, located in one of the best neighborhoods in St Pete. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the 2 unit apartment building and just 0.4 miles from St. Anthony's Hospital and 1. 5 miles from Downtown St. Pete. We are so proud of the work that we did with this unit! Everything in this apartment is new. We installed high quality kitchen appliances, invested in premium bed mattresses, and added unique decor to make you feel cozy just like home!
