Spectacular Oceanfront condo on the Sands of Treasure Island

Come and enjoy amazing sunsets and views of the Gulf of Mexico from our double decking. Once you step out the door down an exclusive path to the sugary sands of Treasure Island you know you found paradise. Beach Haven A3 is situated in a prime low key area of Treasure Island. While you enjoy your own private beach you will find you are still within walking distance to Caddy’s on the beach . Caddy’s occasionally host outdoor concerts on the sand. Enjoy a long list of brews at Sea dog brewery , Shrimpys on the inter coastal and the world famous Kitiki Beach Bar and music venue are a short walk away as well.

Within a 5 min drive guest can enjoy a variety of shopping, water sports and dining at Johns Pass or St Pete Beach. Treasureisland offers all types of water activities including: Parasailing, boating, fishing, jet ski rentals , sunset cruises or enjoy a dolphin watch.

This Townehome is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Whole house filtration and water softening has been installed and in an effort to lessen our carbon foot print a state of the art water filtration cooler is in the unit. So there is no need to purchase bottled water during your stay.
The first level provides an open floor plan with panoramic views from the living room , kitchen and dining area. A half bath with a full washer and dryer are on the first floor as well.

The master bedroom and second bedroom on the top level exudes luxury and beachside charm. Let go of your cares while you fall asleep listening to the waves in our comfortable beds adorned with luxury linens. The master bedroom has its own bath room and shower. A full bath room and third bedroom are included on the second level.

Our spacious decks on each level provide additional outdoor space for enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail. At times you can watch dolphins swimming by. After a day at the beach enjoy rinsing off in the outdoor shower.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Absolutely fantastic

Our vacation was incredible because of this beach house. The view and short walk to the beach were so helpful with children. The beach house was clean and had everything you needed. The host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!!

Beach Heaven

Place is right on the beach! They provided everything that you need to enjoy the beach. Chairs, towels, games beach wagon, kayak and more. All great when you’re flying in for the stay. Location is convenient to everything in Treasure Island and only about two miles from John’s Pass. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Vacation

Beautiful clean condo with amazing deck overlooking private beach. Very short walk to Caddy’s for lunch upstairs. Dave, owner, was very responsive to inquiries . Was very satisfied and relieved all the positive reviews were accurate .

Life on the beach.

Relaxing, all the comforts of home, restaurants within walking distance, beautiful sunsets and miles of sand dunes and beaches. This unit has everything you will need to have an enjoyable beach experience. We most definitely plan on renting again.

Amazing getaway

This was the 2nd annual girls trip myself and two friends booked at this location! This property is excellent. We loved being right on the beach and seeing amazing sunsets. We had two times we needed to contact the owners and they were very prompt and kind. We will hopefully be back!

Perfect location and Perfect views

This was the perfect get away for our family. We had plenty of space and they provide all the beach items needed. We were pleased with the views from the 2 decks and private area. The place is very soundproof as well. It was clean and cool when we arrived. 10+ overall! Thank you

Lots of extras

My kiddos and I stayed at this location during July 4th. The fireworks were amazing. This is an excellent location. Only about 5 miles from several activities. We went to lots of amazing restaurants. We also booked an escape room and spent several hours on the beach. The beach is just a few steps from the rental. The place has lots of extras including spices for the kitchen, beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, a wagon to take your stuff to the beach, and 2 coolers. There was also a kayak and two paddle boards. We had such a wonderful experience. If you are trying to decide between this rental and another one, look no further. This is an excellent place.

House was great but Air Conditioning not working!

House is great, Location Great! Only complaint is when I contacted the property manager to tell the our Ac was not working their answer was something like “Oh yeah that’s not good” with no plan to come in and repair it! My next message was not answered! We have older people in our group and this is absolutely unacceptable!!!
