Sunplace is located within Indian Shores, a charming, laid back, family-friendly community located on a pristine beach. Walk to one of the nearby restaurants, rent beach cruisers to go exploring, hop on the trolly to one of the neighboring beach towns, or take a short ride into St. Pete and go shopping on Beach Drive. We are centrally located between St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa. Universal, Disney World, Epcot, Hard Rock Casino, and Bush Gardens are just a short drive away.

The rental includes everything you need for a great vacation, including towels, linens, beach gear…even sand toys for the kids. Come relax, reflect, and recharge! We will take care of the rest.

Please note this small building does not have an elevator and the condo is located on the 2nd floor.

Great place!

We stayed for 2 weeks, amazing views, quiet, clean and everything you’d need. Wonderful sitting on the balconies each night watching the sunset. Management was great, very prompt if I had any questions. Highly recommend this place. Also Crabby Bill’s all you can eat crab legs on Wednesdays is def worth it. Guppy’s is so good as well.

We stayed for 6 days. Love the uniqueness of the condo. Plenty of room for all of us and the beachfront location was perfect. The owners were extra communicative to be sure we had everything we needed.

We enjoyed this property so much, once again! This building is perfect for families or groups who want to be *right* on the beach. The manager/owner was very accessible and helpful. Beautiful beach holiday!

This was a great beachfront property with a fun nautical vibe! Very quiet and relaxing stay. We spied groups of dolphins as we took advantage of the easy access sugar sand beaches. Everyone in our family was comfortable and had a wonderful holiday week.

House is well maintained and clean, just as listed. Comfy! Great access to beach and all you need to have a great day on the beach. Local area has things to do and you don’t need to go far to find good food! Thanks for paying attention to little details in your home!

Girls weekend

We had a great time at Sol Sister. The property is beautiful - even better than the photos. The decor is updated mid century modern - lots of wood paneling, outdoor porches, and comfy spaces. The beach is steps away, and is not at all crowded. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation and fun in the sun!

Perfect downtown condo

My family of 4 stayed in the gorgeous Condo! Was close to everything and was perfectly described. They had board games which we played every night, and a shuffle board that the boys loved. 2 beautiful balcony’s and stocked with everything you would need. We would definitely return. Dawn was very communicative with us and it was perfect.

Absolutely just like described in photos, and descriptions. Amazing view and entrance to the beach. Very nice beach. I'm in love with the kitchen, my youngest child was in love with the twisty stairs.

Great place!

This is a great place, we would totally stay here again! Beautiful view of the gulf. So close to the beach! Family friendly. Only minor thing was the guests or residents staying below us had dogs which were barking a lot in the evening every day (probably when they were out to dinner etc). Not a reason to keep us from coming back though. Responsive and helpful hosts!

The views and location were amazing. One thing I didn't expect were the 32 steps to get to the condo that should have been disclosed one of our friends had a double knee replacement and this was difficult for her with no elevator.

It is a lovely condo with a beautiful ocean view and convenient beach access along with a shower right outside the property in the garage. The twirly stairs inside the condo are cute, though a little precarious for younger kids/babies. I loved the beach supplies as we didn’t need to bring our own. The rooms, towels etc were adequate for our stay and the number of people we had (6 adults, 1 child). Having a washer/dryer was a great plus! Loved the beach towels that were sand-proof and water absorbing. Also loved the 2 balconies & terrace, amazing sunset views!

Indian Shores, Florida This condo located is located in an area of the coast of the Gulf of Mexico where people are friendly, chill, and relax. If you own dogs, almost every restaurant is dog friendly. The condo is steps from the beach. We thoroughly enjoy the beautiful sunsets every evening. We came to relax and celebrate a birthday and the condo was perfect for this event. The condo is spacious, nicely/uniquely decorated with all the amenities a family will need. There are only stairs, no elevator in the building. Therefore, someone with a disability or elderly would not be able to use the stairs (or would be difficult at best). Overall, I would consider staying again if we ever visit Indian Shores.

My family and I stayed at this property for a few days and nights recently. We love the beach location and it is close to some good eating spots. Loved Indian Shores coffee. Pros: The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large, and the kitchen and bathrooms had most everything we needed. Towels and beach chairs were great. Easy checkout was a godsend for a family with small children. Cons - I am fairly certain I booked when the hot tub was still available, and then it was taken out of the listing, but either way the owner must remove the picture that includes the hot tub in the floorplan. The caption that clarifies the hot tub has been removed is nearly impossible to find on a mobile device. - I inquired about whether a pack and play available and was told “I don’t think so” and directed towards Visiting Baby Inc, and then discovered that the apartment did have a pack and play and I wasted $65. - The guest bathtub had some drainage issues, and the faucet partially broke on our last day. I texted the owner and got no response. - The beach storage closet could be cleaned up some. There were numerous umbrella “poles” but it was impossible to tell what fit with which and what was un-useable.. I rented a pop up cabana from visiting baby and that saved us. Could use more sand toys -the loft has shutters down to the main room, not super private. Just wall that “window” off and it becomes a private room.

We loved the accommodations and the direct beach access. Wonderful beach, great views. Wish we had known that pets were not allowed on the beach as that kind of cramped our style a bit. A grill on the property would be a fantastic addition.I would definitely recommend to friends!
