Absolutely love the Silver Sands!

We booked our stay at The Silver Sands for our five year anniversary and to visit family. When we arrived we were able to get right into our room. The owners were extremely friendly and very easy to communicate with. It really was the best way to stay…small family owned and the location was excellent! We’ve already recommended it to several friends.

I had an amazing stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. Coffee and coffee pot is provided. Maintenance, the owner, and a resident were always available for extra towels, tp, or anything you needed. Don’t listen to the bad reviews about this place.

Spacious and affordable accommodations. The beds were very comfortable, which I was pleasantly surprised about at this price! The owners offered us an upgrade to the 2 bedroom suite and it was amazing! So spacious and comfortable. I loved the small deck to sit on in the morning. Room was clean and the full kitchen was great! Perfect location as we could walk to everything yet far enough back from the Main Street that it was quiet and felt safe. I would rent here again if I return to Clearwater.

The owner was there at check in and she was amazing. The room was perfect and we could walk everywhere for the week. Very nice pool right outside our door with lots of seating. And plenty of parking was available.

Communication with Hotel Owner/Manager was excellent. Our stay was great. We were out everyday of our stay meeting up with family and friends, returning to the room at night. The area was always safe and our room secured.

Love the Mom and Pop Places

We had a good stay. Had to leave a little early, due to some health issues, but our overall stay was pleasant. It is centrally located, has a small pool and a tropical courtyard. I would definitely recommend and would go back.

Small property,but quite lovely. We had a kitchen,with all amenities pool is enough for the amount of rooms. Walkable to all eteries,shopping and beach. We will definitely be staying here again. We stayed during storm Deby and had no issues.
