  • This 2 bedroom 2 bath is available starting November 1st and throughout the winter months! The balcony overlooks the heated pool and Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy the beautiful weather and sunset while it is snowing everywhere else! This condo is nestled between the intracoastal and the Gulf of Mexico so there are water views galore!

    The property is appropriately appointed so all you need are your personal items and you are set! Laundry is coin operated and just a few steps down the hall from the condo.

    Beach buggy (pull-wagon) is there for your use. Property amenities include: Tennis courts, community pool, shuffleboard heated spa and grilling area overlooking this beautiful view! Cable tv, Internet, Ceiling fans, Private terrace, Elevator, Dish washer, Microwave, Range, Refrigerator

    Minimum rental is 30 days. Renters cannot have pets.
