    The Space:

    Enjoy a relaxing beachfront escape at Sea Gem! This fourth-floor condo offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and accommodations for eight guests.



    The open living area includes comfortable sofas, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Gulf views make it a welcoming place to unwind.



    Prepare meals in the updated kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and white cabinetry. The adjoining dining table seats six.



    A spacious Gulf-facing balcony connects the living room and primary bedroom an inviting spot to enjoy the coastal scenery.



    The primary bedroom features a king bed, water views, and a bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, and the third has one queen. These bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Every bedroom includes a TV.



    Enjoy the building’s shared heated pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area, or head to the beach and explore nearby shops and restaurants.

Staycation

I am born and raised in the area so I know it well. We were just doing a little staycation for my daughter’s birthday and a couple friends. Everything was clean kitchen was fully equipped, and the beach was beautiful.

Ocean Paradise

The condo was in a perfect spot - right on the ocean. The cool breezes made the condo just right without running the air conditioner. Lots of shopping and activities nearby. The manager was extremely attentive - every question had an instant answer.

Hands down, the BEST vacaction and rental hands down. We have been to this area for many years and this rental had it all!! The location was awesome, condo was clean and had everything! We will be back for sure!!!

1st time in south Florida

We decided to go south Florida this year. We found Indian Rock Beach and your condo and decided to give it a shot. Great location! Loved the area! The condo was nice and we loved that it overlooked the beach and pool. It was our littles first time to the beach and that was perfect. Only thing that I could suggest is to update the small things, like the shower caddies as they were rusted. But really that was all. We had a fabulous time and will be back! Thank you!

The condo was exactly as described - clean and well-supplied with kitchen supplies for cooking, an amazing beach-front view, and easy access to the beach, parking, and restaurants. It was a perfectly wonderful place to vacation and we will return. Beachtime Rentals was super to work with for the rental: quick responses and timely informational communications with pleasant customer service. Thanks for a great vacation!

Pool area very crowded with a ton of kids. Nighttime gabfests in the hot tub precluded any other guests from using. Low toilet in one BR was uncomfortable.

It come equipped with all amenities.The only suggestion is the master bathroom needs more attention on the shower for cleaning and there is no trash can for the master bathroom. Our kids did get stuck in the elevator, but we're fine.These are very minor, and we loved it!

First stay here

The cleaning staff and maintenance staff are wonderful, communication with the manager was excellent. My only complaints are these - the couches are beyond their life of use and desperately need replaced, the dishwasher worked but needs new rollers on the bottom tray, and the curtains and curtain rods in the living area have been patched together and need replaced as well. The maintenance guy did come out immediately when needed and fixed a shelf and stool - was super friendly. Sand Castle needs to repair their broken elevator as I was told that the one has been down for several months (not an issue with BeachTimeRental) so was thankful that this unit was only on the 4th floor!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was beautiful. The property was not very clean (I had to take the shower curtain down and wash it because I did not want my family to touch it). Not sure I would stay there again. I also had to tape the shower nozzle so it would stay up.

Dated. No safety mat in tub across from kitchen. Appliances, i.e., sweeper, coffee pot, dishwasher, less than ideal. No hair dryer found in unit but stated on Vrbo as having one. Over priced for a weeks stay. View was excellent, access to beach excellent. However, came back from beach and our door was open with workers outside but no notification from rental company of needing access.

Wonderful

This is an amazing property ! Its beach views, access and sunsets are superb. The condo was well cleaned and stocked upon arrival with shampoo,dish soap,garbage bags, laundry detergent and the basic start up things you would need for the week. It has beach towels, and chairs along with some beach toys,coolers,etc. Everything you need was in the kitchen salt, pepper, foil, tupperware and all the cooking essentials. The property was maintained very well with daily cleanings and maintenance on the pool and grilling areas. My only suggestion would be to get a filter basket for the coffee pot. Access to restaurants is good with Caddy’s being right across the street. Most of the other restaurants are about one mile away a short walk or 2 minute drive. We loved the ease of being between two destinations St. Pete’s and Clearwater beach and visited both while here. This is a quiet, beautiful low key beach town that has a lot of charm. We will definitely be booking for future vacations.

Reviewer Comments: I was looking for a condo in St. Pete or Clearwater and didn't know the address until I booked so was a little surprised where it was located. It's right on the beach which was great, but the floors were sandy when we got there. Ice Maker is broken and bathroom sink didn't drain and had hair. Lights in kitchen flicker and the patio wasn't clean. We tried to connect to Wifi and were constantly told to check the text Joanie sent. The password was typed with a capital B instead of a lower case. The big screen TVs, meant to impress, did not work. Asked about chairs on the beach before we got there and were told they weren't included. So we brought chairs and umbrella. Asked Joanie about the chairs on the beach when we got there and she never responded back. For future renters, you can rent 2 Chaise Lounges and an Umbrella for $35 per day. The pool is spotless and we enjoyed our vacation despite the condition of the condo.

The location was fantastic; views and access to the beach were amazing. Downsides included no flexibility with early check-in or check-out, one of the two elevators was broken the entire time (long lines to use the one which was operational especially during check in), no dolly to help with luggage, the kitchen pots & pans were almost unusable (poor condition) , there wasn’t an ironing board in the condo, and there was a fishy smell in one of the bedrooms which we couldn’t seem to get rid of.

Great place for a week getaway

Great location. I really enjoyed that the condo is on the smaller side without massive ones around. Had plenty of space on the beach. Had 7 people stay in this unit and it was ample space for us.
