Great Location and View!

This property has an amazing gulf front balcony with the most spectacular view and the location is perfect. It is large with lots of space and storage. The only real issue we had is that the carpet in the living room and bedrooms was stained and dirty, we kept our shoes on at all times. We would definitely rent at this complex again and would love to rent this condo however we wouldn't unless the carpet was gone.

Very disappointed

Upon arrival, NOT clean, thick dust visible. Carpet felt dirty, very moldy shower curtains. Kitchen outdated. Thick pink mold inside coffee maker! I’m sorry, but it felt icky. If you are right on the water, charge a few more dollars and make this place a bit nicer and cleaner. This was our second time staying at the Sea Breeze. The complex itself is great: location, pool, etc. I would NEVER book this particular unit again.

Labor Day 2020 at the beach

The property management team was very easy to work with. The views from the balcony were gorgeous! We had maintenance service come in to help with a few items and he was very professional, and friendly also very helpful. The bathtub was clogged and very slow to drain. Standing water every time we showered. There was not enough furniture in the rooms. No place to sit your luggage except on the floor. That’s very difficult for seniors to get to. Put the TV’s up on the wall and free up some furniture. Plus add some luggage racks at the very least. The living room had seating for 4 even though the condo slept 6 people. The living room needs more seating. Another couch or love seat would have been perfect. In my opinion pull out that carpet and put down laminate. It would be a much cleaner look and feel. The master shower had a small drip going on. The WiFi hookup was not what was listed on the papers in the living room so that was extremely frustrating when trying to connect. The password was the same just not the right connection. The pillows were terrible! The kitchen was not well stocked with pans, bowls, utensils ect. The elevator was absolutely horrid! Please install another elevator. Waiting on the elevator was a nightmare. The code box to get out on the beach was very difficult to use and the gate is way to heavy when carry your chairs, coolers umbrellas and all your stuff. The price is too high for what you get in this condo. All in all it was a good trip because anytime you get a view like that and spend quality time with your love ones, I am happy. Sharon N.

Fantastic

This condo is roomy and has everything you need. We stayed in it for a girls weekend and it was perfect. The bedrooms are large and the whole condo was very clean. We love the location. You can walk to many restaurants and stores. The only downside, which is minor, is that there are not many outlets. We will be back.

A fantastic getaway!!

Our stay at here was everything we were hoping for. The unit was amazing, clean & spacious. The balcony views were fantastic and the location to surrounding attractions & restaurants was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place and hope we can revisit sooner than later!

Home on the beach

This condo has a great view and is very spacious. The kitchen was adequate. The beds were good. There are plenty of beach chairs/toys. The thing that we appreciated a lot were the recliners, made us feel right at home. It’s a short walk to John’s pass one way and Crabbys on the beach the other way. There are several other restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. We would stay here again.

After the wedding

We were guests with a few extra days. Wish we could have stayed longer! Comfortable accommodations. Nice pool and hot tub. Ocean toys and chairs..great view! On trolley line. Small store across street provides basics so no need to have a car for short stays. May rent this exact spot again😊

A huge group of unruly, mean, VERY LOUD nasty Cuban families. Took over the pool area, BBQ area and

A huge very loud , nasty, unruly group of Cuban families took over the pool area, BBQ grills and area. Kids were hitting my granddaughter . We never were even able to use the pool . They were terribly rude, nasty and very loud. Took over the elevators, went right in front of us to get in while we waited. The maintenance man had to clean up their big messes by the pool. We were very disappointed that they over ran the condo. The police even had to be called for them. Wish somebody from your office was there to witness it.

Summer vacation

My family, and I stayed here for our summer vacation. We love Madeira!! This home was everything we needed, and more. Perfect location to everything!! Walking distance to John’s Pass, and Candy kitchen. We walked every night to get ice cream. The perfect ending to each beautiful beach day. From the ocean views, to the bedrooms, this house had it all. My family, and I plan to return very soon!!

Great views of the gulf and sunsets…

Loved the layout of the condo…spacious and comfortable. Corner unit so the balcony gave us wonderful sunset views. Lovely grounds and pool. An older building but extremely well maintained. Perfect for a reunion with my St. Pete High School friends from the Class of 1955!😊We all know the beaches of St.Pete well…would recommend this unit to all.

Great

The location, condo, and view were great. The beach wasn't crowded and a great central location. The walls are thin and we could hear every footstep in the unit above us. We also didn't realize the unit did not have a clothes washer/dryer. It was listed in the amenites so we assumed they were in the unit. We caught this the day before and brought extra clothes and didn't need to wash anything. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again
