The tiki huts on the property are a nice addition when you just want to get out of the sun for a bit but still enjoy the fabulous weather. There is a BBQ grill area as well. Gorgeous views and pool/ hot tub area very well maintained! Check in process was annoying. Got our envelope with spare keys that didn't work on Sunday when we checked in but had to go back to Redington Beach office on Monday to "complete" check in process signing 1 form and copy of drivers license, couldn't been done via email? Condo itself needs some TLC. Had everything, but a cooler for the beach would've been nice. Towels and cookware are weathered and should be replaced.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
