The living area provides comfortable seating, including sofa bed, television, DVD, and CD player. The outdoor balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwinding after a long day while enjoying the views of the turquoise water and white sandy beaches.

The bright master bedroom has plenty of room with one king sized bed, and ample closet and dresser drawer space. The second guest room has two twin beds that can be converted to a king, making this a perfect spot for families or a couples' getaway. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are here for your convenience.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
