    Step off the patio and onto the sand. Sandcastle Villa is a beautifully restored historic beach cottage right on Clearwater Beach, with a private pool, a beachfront cabana, and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out at the Gulf.



    Four bedrooms, [3] baths, and room for up to 10-12 make it an easy pick for families and friend groups. Walk to dinner, bike into town, or never leave the beach at all.



    This is a true beachfront home: the beach is your backyard.



    The open main living room is wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows facing the water, with plenty of room for the whole group to spread out for movie night or game night. It flows into the dining area and kitchen, the natural gathering spot of the house.

    Our Sandcastle villa offers an open, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and everything you need to cook for a crowd.



    It is tastefully furnished and appointed with every modern amenity.



    The Primary bedroom has a King size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds (4 twins), 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and 4th bedroom has 2 twins. There is a sofa bed in the living room– perfect set up for a family.



    Swim in the private saltwater pool just steps from the sand, relax in the shade of the beachfront cabana, and fire up the BBQ grill for sunset dinners.



    Important details:

    Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.

    - This property allows 1 small pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes



    This home is also close to all of the restaurants and amenities of Clearwater Beach. One mile north of Pier 60 and the park. 1 mile south of Caladesi Island State Park.
