Across the street, a newly remodeled park awaits with tennis & basketball courts, a shaded playground, and a splash pad for endless outdoor fun. And when you’re ready for the city, downtown St. Pete is 15 minutes away, Tampa just 20 min., the swim spa does not heat up whatsoever but the jet stays on and ready to be use. Due to heating issue swim spa will be remove 04/01/2026
