Luxury Resort style living in a modern condo on the waterfront, sunset views

We own 2 family vacation homes on the bayou (in case one is not available, check the other one.) Located on Coquina Key,we have panoramic water views and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Only 5min to downtown St Pete and 15 min to closest beach ( and our favorite- Pass a Grille). Patio has propane grill and Beautiful outdoor furniture, so please enjoy the outdoors and dolphin watching :) Gated, resort-style complex with tropical landscaping and amenities: 2 pools, jacuzzi, tennis, fitness room, Yacht Club with bar.

Great spot in St. Pete

A ways from downtown but a very cool property. On the water with a great pool, bar and sports courts. Nice unit and Sabrina is very responsive.

Gorgeous condo and location!

We had an incredible one month stay here. The condo is beautiful, extremely clean and had everything we needed to be very comfortable. We spent hours on the deck watching dolphins, manatees, birds and stingrays. The bed was very comfortable. Mariana was a great host and came to greet us soon after we arrived. She gave us multiple recommendations about restaurants and things to do in the area. You could stay busy right in the Waterside complex but the St. Petersburg area is beautiful and full of good restaurants, sandy beaches, fun activities and great museums. We come to this area yearly but this was by far the most beautiful, relaxing place we have stayed. We are hoping to rent from Mariana on a yearly basis. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.
