Beach is just steps from the townhouse!No busy street to cross and townhouse is located in the west end of the complex by the beach away from the street! Newly renovated with new king size beds and flat screen tv's in both bedrooms, all new linens, new appliances, fully stocked kitchen with all the tools you would need to cook a meal if you decide to dine in. Fresh paint, carpet and tile. Two full baths one downstairs and the one upstairs which have been completely redone. New windows and brand new ac/heat unit. Full size washer and dryer. Loft area includes new pull out couch with a memory foam mattress topper, flat screen tv, board games & playing cards for the young and the adults...Great area for the kids! All you need for the beach including beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, toys and an umbrella! Walking distance to a great sandwich shop, fresh seafood restaurants, ice cream shops and bars!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property is everything that is says it is and more. Our family had the most wonderful vacation here. Our kids said it was the best place we have ever stayed. It was peaceful and beautiful. Close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Looking forward to coming back again.

Our stay at this condominium was great. The place was clean and kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and stores. There was plenty of beach chairs and towels and so great to be right on beach.

What a beautiful property just steps from the ocean. Ocean view from your balcony. Extremely clean and well kept. Appliances all new. Hostess was easy to contact and accommodating. Plenty of good restaurants to walk to or a short Uber. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

Perfect Stay

Leanne’s condo has everything we need to have a fun restful vacation. The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. We are able to walk to restaurants. Our favorite spot (well, except for the beach) is the deck drinking coffee and watching the waves. Can’t wait to return!

Four 50 girls trip

Condo is beautiful and is exactly as pictured. Leanna is very accommodating and quick to respond if you should have any questions or concerns. There are plenty of beach chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, and a beach cart to get everything you need to the beach, which is only about 50 steps from your front door and the pool is right next to the condo. The beds and pillows are some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in at a rental. The bathrooms are updated and very clean. Water pressure is amazing. Beach and bath towels are provided. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for your stay. I highly recommend staying at Leanne’s condo. We will definitely come back!

Great School Vacation Getaway!

Yet again another beautiful week. This is our third time staying in this townhouse. We love this location for ease of beach access, restaurants, and shopping. The owners have done a great job ensuring all you need is there to make it an easy location for vacation. From beach chairs, sand toys, to boogey boards, they have it all for you clean and in good condition. Looking forward to future stays!

Very nice property on the beach with a wonderful view of the gulf and a comfortable balcony. Property was very clean, comfortable/y furnished, and well appointed; had everthing we needed for our stay The owner was very easy to work with, responsive and helpful. There are several restaurants within walking distance, which we appreciated. All in all a very an excellent experience.

We really liked Indian Rocks. It is a great neighborhood. Everyone was friendly. The townhouse was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The best part was that we were so close to the beach. The property had beach chairs, umbrellas and lots of other beach toys. We really liked having the beach cart to carry it all. This was a wonderful property and we even discussed return trips. The owners had everything ready for us and were available if needed. We highly recommend this property.

A dream

This property is even better in person. Its a dream. Beautiful sunset veiws. Amazing supplies for the beach and everything you could need in the kitchen They have seriously thought of everything. The beds are really comfortable! I can't say enough good things about this place. We had plans to explore the area but we loved the place so much we just stayed there the whole time. Leanne and Micheal were both so kind and helpful. This is a 10 out of 10. Book it you wont regret it!
