We absolutely love this place. Pool and property are always clean. Rooms are nicely renocated. Price is great. Just far enough from town for the quiet but close for food and entertainment fthe beach is acreoss the street.

Great location

Great location, I stayed there while on a golf trip. There is a lot of great restaurants close by. A nice little bar right behind the complex. Beach is walking distance. I will definitely be back.

Nice retro place close to the beach

Nice, clean place to stay that was close to beach but not too close to the crazy busy main drag. The hotel has had a recent paint job which gives it a nice retro feel. Pool was heated and warm. We were right off the pool so it was perfect for our 2 kids. Nice kitchenette area, microwave and medium sized frig.

Antoni (property manager was wonderful.

Antoni and I had been keeping in touch hoping the original property I picked would be repaired after hurricanes. It didn’t finish quite in time and Antoni told me to pick one. I had limited internet so I asked him to send ones close to beach, food and fun. He did and the pick was close to everything I needed. It was clean, large heated pool, comfortable bed and plenty of towels. Thank you Antoni for your help.

Light in kitchen was unable to turn on, coffee had to plug In over on floor below curtain, Clean, great shower. Toilet was slow to flush at time had to wait flush twice. Lots of towels. Pool was Great! Loved it will be back

Excellent communication. Room was exactly like the photos. Clean. Easy parking. Nice pool area. It’s got the feel of a classic 1960s beach hotel. Because it likely was built in the 60s. It’s not like the 30 floor hotels on the strip where you are always waiting on an elevator. I will stay here again when I return to Clearwater.

Location, location, location!

You can't beat the location - very close to the beach and easy walking distance to many restaurants and bars, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The property grounds were very well-maintained and the pool was lovely. The unit was clean and nice fresh towels were provided. It was great to have a sturdy table with 4 chairs and a fridge/freezer. Communication with owner was excellent. The bathroom really needs some work: NO electrical outlets with three women was problematic. No fan has resulted in lots of mold on the ceiling and badly water-damaged trim. The unit itself could stand a fresh coat of paint throughout and replacement of rickety/broken blinds and cheap lamps. Beach chairs provided by the complex were worn out and broken - the backs wouldn't stay up. This unit could really be improved by investing a little money in some pain and TLC.
