Waterfront Home Across the Street From the Beach and Grand Plaza Hotel
Beautiful waterfront home close to everything on St Pete Beach. Walk to grocery store,drug store, bars and restaurants. This house is very close to the beach less than a block away. Fish or catch blue crabs in the waterfront canal in the back yard. Bring your boat and have it in the back yard. House has wood floors in most of the rooms with a little tile. There are plenty of windows making the house light and bright. Across the street from the Grand Plaza Hote and the Tradwinds Resort is 1 block away. Crabby Bills restaurant is across the street.Walk across the street to Bongos and listen to live music. Large back yard very quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. Two bedrooms have Tempurpedic top of the line mattresses. High speed wireless internet. Also have a Jet Ski dock.

Great Time!
What a great location on the island. The owner was great to work with; made planning the trip a breeze. The house was perfect for the two small families in our party. Lots of fun casting the crab traps, fishing, and cooking out. You do have to cross the main road to get to the beach, but there is a cross walk close by and a handy wagon to pile beach chairs, coolers, and such in. The beds were very comfortable and the kiddos loved the futons on the lanai. Really enjoyed our trip!

Spacious beach home has everything
2 blocks from the beach. Convenient walk to everything: great restaurants, grocery, drugstore. Anything you need. Take the Sunrunner bus to The Burg or free shuttles everywhere on the beach. The house itself has comfy beds, great backyard right on the water, every possible convenience. I had a wonderful time. Landlord Tony was so nice and always available. Thank you for sharing your home!

Centrally located St Pete Beach
House is in a great location-walking distance to restaurants, grocery, drug store and clothes shopping. Large backyard has multiple seating areas. House was fully equipped (paper goods, cleaning supplies, dishes, pans) for our stay. Cable and streaming options were available. We had a great time!

great house, wonderful stay!
Anthony is great to work with. The house is well maintained. The location is great, minutes walk to the beach, close to several good restaurants. We had a wonderful stay. And he returned the deposit the day after we left. I'd definitely love to stay here if I visit st pete beach again. Thanks Anthony!
