Guest room has matching twin beds. Convenient fenced backyard. Dunedin is a small town with local shops and restaurants. Just one block to the Pinellas Trail (spans the entire county north to south) and three blocks to the waterfront - with a pier to view the amazing sunset! Famous Honeymoon Island State Park is about a 5 minute drive. Walk to the Blue Jay's stadium! So much to do with a lively social crowd, always something going on in Dunedin - festivals, craft shows, local markets and more! Ten minutes north of Clearwater Beach. Full sized washer & dryer. Dishwasher added after photos. Driveway accommodates 2 cars. Fully fenced backyard. Weekly and monthly discounts available (not in season). Please inquire for more details.
